Products and Services

Full and Layered Zirconia Restorations: The lab produces high-strength full-contour zirconia and layered zirconia crowns and bridges, providing durable, aesthetically refined restorations for posterior and anterior applications. Zirconia restorations are fabricated using premium milling equipment and precision-calibrated porcelain firing systems.

E.max and Pressed Ceramic Restorations: Lithium disilicate crowns, veneers, and inlays are produced using the E.max Press and E.max CAD systems, delivering excellent translucency and shade matching for anterior aesthetic cases requiring the highest level of natural appearance.

Implant Prosthetics: Vu Gia Dental Lab manufactures screw-retained and cement-retained implant crowns and bridges, as well as custom abutments, using digital scanning and milling technology to achieve precise implant-level fits across major implant system platforms.

Nightguards: Custom-fitted hard and soft occlusal nightguards are fabricated for patients with bruxism or temporomandibular disorders, providing protective coverage during sleep.

Technology and Quality

Vu Gia Dental Lab has invested in a synchronous kiln and ceramic baking and pressing system from DEKEMA of Germany, ensuring consistent, high-quality results across all ceramic products. The lab's 3D metal printer, the first of its kind deployed in Southeast Asia in a dental context, enables the production of precision metal frameworks and custom components at a level of accuracy and repeatability that manual casting cannot achieve.

The lab's digital workflow integrates intraoral scan data, CAD/CAM design, and computer-guided milling and printing across its production floor.
