I think Dr. Thao did a great job; my teeth were crooked and I was a bit older (32 years old) when I started treatment, so I thought it would be a bit difficult. Regarding the process, the support team really needs a lot of improvement: they often lack information when communicating with patients, or forget information; first-time patients don't understand what needs to be done or how things are done, but they don't answer clearly when patients ask questions; they sent the aligners to the wrong address several times; They frequently make customers proactively ask for information, and even after customers have asked, they don't answer or answer very slowly, or don't address the question directly.
