I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and prices. I expected a higher price tag for such a service. What's also great is that the clinic has all the specialists who can handle any task.

It was muy first time at this cómic and I was so happy I came here. The cómic is spotless with state-of-the-art machinery and tools. It is also very cute since the owner makes Art and some pictures are hung on the walls They made me 2 kind of night guards and everything was so well done and quick. The dentist checked my teeth and we did a x-ray too. She is very knowledgeable, we spoke Spanish and English since they are international. She explained everything thoroughly and she was patient but resolute. I was very happy with her and with the kindness of everybody in the office (total Mexican kindness, like always). Hello, my name is Gary and it’s my pleasure to give a review for the Mark Shtern Dental Clinic in Cancun Mexico where I have just had the best dental experience of my long and blessed life. That’s saying a lot. As a 74 year old Boomer and life long sugar addict, I have been getting dental work done forever; probably 15-20 different dentists doing work of all varieties good and bad, often painful and expensive, rarely with a real human connection as I felt with the Shtern team. My wife and I visited the Shtern office a year ago traveling 2800 miles from our home in the USA . We got lots quality work done, saved lots of money, and had a nice little vacation. I recently had an old filling break down, our local dentist said it would probably take a rool canal costing thousands. I came straight back to Shtern— they saved my tooth — it looks and feels great. The procedure was painless, and cost hundreds not thousands. I will be coming back for all my work as long as I can make the trip. The Shtern is a small but “Top Shelf” clinic using all of the most modern equipment and techniques, but lots of dental offices meet this standard. What set this experience apart and above all others for me was the human experience. Entering their modest offices I was first impressed that it was clean and orderly, and decorated with a tasteful variety of modern art. Very pleasant high quality music was playing. Everyone was smiling and happy, attentive and ‘present’. They listened carefully and patiently to my complaint, explained my choices and their recommendations. They gave me confidence that they were working to solve my problem in the simplest and best way possible, not in way most profitable or interesting to them. Maybe it was just me — I can come across as friendly and even cute, I recommend this approach— BE NICE to MEDICAL Personnel and Mechanics. I believe if you are nice and respectful, they will be nice too; if you choose this clinic you will be glad that you did. Shtern Dental — healthy happy professionals who take pride in their work. Had a great experience on dr Mark clinic. From the day we start chatting till the day I arrived, everything went smooth and great. Always answers all my questions and concerns. They work around my schedule to come over there and did great job. The information they Always provided helped a lot. Dr Cecilia was a great . Best experience you can have . I come from NY to do all dental work here. Beginning with the pleasantness of the actual office. So welcoming. Beautifully designed. Clean. The staff is really the best !!! From office manager , to dentists to specialists. All are so professional , patient. Kind. No exaggerations! Very responsive. And of course the actual work is second to none. Any work I have done so far , and people in my family and friends whom are patients here - are so happy with the work. You feel you’re in great hands and that’s what I want to feel . Hey , dental work isn’t fun to say the least … but when you have to do it - this is the place. Doctor Shtern is incredible , and I had the pleasure of having doctors Cecilia Rodriguez, and dr. Fabricio Garces treat my gums and crowns ( I had 2 implants done here ) . Dr. Stern and others doctors in his office are just magicians, we come from Florida every time we need dental issues and it's much affordable then in the US, but the quality is exceptional. We recomend his team all our freinds and now they are his patients, too.

Came here because it was highly recommended and so happy I did. I have had good experiences in the past with other offices, but when my last dental office changed their staff, to many mistakes caused me to find the Shtern office. They have advanced equipment and a staff that has gone beyond my expectations. The absolute best! I didn’t know how good it could be! If I could give more stars, I would.
