We wanted to take only the tests, for my boyfriend they cost 16,000,000 (without a doctor's visit), at medlatec 1,000,000 the same tests. My set of tests cost them 125 dollars, at medlatec, 12 dollars. We spent about an hour here to find out the price of the tests. At medlatec it all took 10 minutes.

Great experience overall. Warm atmosphere, professional service, kind doctor, and clean, modern facilities. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

Nurse LAN ANH took the baby's blood with an unpleasant attitude and failed several times even though my attitude was very normal. 😡😡😡 There was an older nurse who took the blood very gently and at least she made me feel secure because she loved children. …

The clinic works very professionally and quickly. The customer service staff are very dedicated and the doctors take care of the patients very carefully. The clinic space is clean, airy and private. The clinic is affiliated with many international insurances and accepts direct guarantees. I will introduce more family and friends to come here for examination.

I have been slow traveling the globe and I was in need of a check-up. I wanted comprehensive blood work and other tests. I came here for an elite physical exam which, overall was a wonderful experience. The exam included complete blood panel, chest X-Ray, ECG, basic vision test (no eye pressure test - which would be nice to have), Ultra-sound of major organs and Thyroid. I did end up selecting an additional exam, the MSCT scan of my heart, which was separate fee and another facility. Raffles provided transportation and an English-speaking nurse to accompany me for the entire trip and procedure, which was amazing, very helpful and reassuring. If you are in Hanoi and in need of a check-up, Raffles is worth considering. I would certainly use them again in the future. The sequence and timing of the exam was not clear or intuitive. It would be nice to have a brief conversation about what to expect throughout the exam process. This is a small to medium item that would go a long way to help people be more comfortable and at ease. IMO The results do take several days before they are available for review. In other places, I have had the blood work results available within 24 hours. These might be negotiable, so check with them if you have time constraints.

I decided to have my baby tested for tuberculosis here. Although the cost was higher than other clinics, I still chose this one because I believed the higher price meant better service. However, on October 6th, my family had an unpleasant experience with the service and attitude of a female doctor. While relatives were allowed inside with the baby during family examinations and blood draws, they refused to let my family in once we went downstairs. My mother saw the baby crying loudly and suddenly stopped. Worried, she rushed in and saw the baby crying silently and its face turning purple. The male doctor held the baby's legs tightly, held his hand firmly with one hand, and then applied pressure to his chest, frightening the baby. My family had previously said that the baby was very obedient and would allow the blood draw immediately as long as they held his hand and comforted him. However, the round-faced, plump doctor, perhaps annoyed with my family, hurriedly changed the baby's diaper, fearing that the nurses would have to wait. Since then, the doctor's attitude has been unpleasant. She has refused to let my mother in at all. I yelled at my mother. But when she saw the baby, she came over to comfort him, and he stopped crying and had his blood drawn. She said that if she had let him in from the beginning, he wouldn't have cried and been so scared. Since we left that room, my baby has always been scared. Just yesterday, when my baby went for a vaccination and saw the nurse, he cried and was scared. He seemed possessed by a ghost. He usually doesn't cry when he gets a vaccination or has his blood drawn. My family was furious.

Before that, my family had discussed that my child was very well-behaved and would readily allow the blood test if my grandmother was nearby to hold and comfort her. But the chubby, round-faced doctor, perhaps annoyed with my family, quickly changed the baby's diaper, afraid of keeping the nurses waiting. From that moment on, the doctor became irritable and absolutely refused to let my mother in. She even yelled at my mother. But when my mother saw my child like that, she comforted her, and my child stopped crying and had her blood drawn. She said that if she had let her in from the beginning, my child wouldn't have cried and been so scared. Since leaving that room, my child has been constantly frightened. Just yesterday, when she went for vaccinations and saw the nurses, she cried and was terrified. It's like she's been traumatized. Normally, she never cries during vaccinations or blood draws. This has angered my family.
