I paid $500USD to replace an old porcelain crown with a new one. I have been in dental pain ever since. I went back 6 times. They kept drilling down my teeth and couldn’t resolve the issue. They were probably just creating more issues. They wanted me to return a 7th time for more drilling torture, and I decided to discontinue seeing them. I will now have to find a new dentist and probably pay another $500USD to fix the damage.

Excellent place to receive medical care. The staff is very attentive, and the facilities are modern and very clean. They have 3D CT scans and 3D scanners, which impressed me greatly. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Excellent location, very close to Colonia Americana and downtown Guadalajara. I recommend making your appointment a week in advance so they can schedule appointments with the specialists.

Doctor was very caring, fast, and honest. They also spoke perfect English. My dentist in the US wanted to replace my crowns, sell me Invisalign, and thousands of dollars in other work. Proclinic doctor said everything looked good and pointed out something my US doctor missed. No pressure at all. Prices are great. FYI it’s a bit higher for a checkup and cleaning than my US doctor due to insurance, but reattaching my permanent retainer quickly became cheaper all in. So any operation over a normal checkup is automatically much cheaper than US with higher quality work.

Thank you to Dr. Alfredo Agüero and his team for coordinating, planning and implementing my dental procedures. They took care of my every need, and answered every questions with patience and a smile. They were able to arrange treatment from many specialists like peridontists, implantologists etc. Each and every person I encountered spoke fantastic English, so I never felt like there was a chance for misinterpretation. Travelling from Canada to Guadalajara for these dental procedures, was the right and best decision for me. BTW, they even got my prescription medication for me, along with ice cream to help with swelling! Customer service at its best! 👌 I will refer to them and I certainly will be back!

A week ago, I went for a dental cleaning and a quote for wisdom tooth extraction. It was a great experience, and I've already scheduled my appointment for the extractions because their prices are affordable, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend you go for a cleaning and have them check any issues you may have. Update… Three weeks ago, I had my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Sergio López's care was amazing; it didn't hurt at all. I had a terrible experience with extractions at another clinic and was terrified, but honestly, I felt great.
