It was so stupid that I only found out the staff at LB1 were sloppy and irresponsible when I took my child to another dental clinic, ruining all of my child's teeth.

I went there myself! After examining my child, they asked if it hurt, and I said no. At night, my child cried and I couldn't sleep. I messaged them asking about pain medication, but they didn't reply! I waited until 9 am, and when they didn't call, they said they gave her Efferagant. I asked them about the dosage, saying, "As a doctor, you should be giving it to my child, not me." In short, their attitude and lack of responsibility only deserve one point! Never coming back!

The clinic was filthy; the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a month, and even the plastic slippers used indoors were dirty. The dentist was watching a video on his phone with the volume turned up very loud while other patients were having their teeth examined. When I brought my child in for a loose baby tooth, I asked the doctor if it needed to be extracted right away. After asking three times, the doctor finally turned around and said, "If you want it extracted, go ahead; if not, wait." Then I asked about my child's black enamel, and the receptionist burst out laughing, mocking my child. Both the attitude and professional ethics of this clinic are unacceptable. It doesn't even deserve one star.
