I was very satisfied with my experience having four wisdom teeth extracted here. The hospital is small but clean, the waiting chairs are comfortable, and there's free drinking water. The staff and doctors are enthusiastic, attentive, and speak very gently and kindly. The examination and extraction process was very quick, with no long waits. The doctor constantly reassured me during the extraction, which helped reduce my fear. All four extractions were painless and there was no swelling. The doctor prescribed four painkillers, but I didn't need to take a single one. The cost was 5.6 million VND, not including medication (because the two lower molars were positioned horizontally, making the procedure more difficult).

They charge exorbitant prices and rip off customers. They inflate prices several times over.

This hospital is large and has been in business for a long time, but their billing methods seem like they're ripping off customers.

The staff gave the wrong advice to the customer. The customer needed jaw shaving but the staff advised a 3D Cone Beam CT scan of the teeth, the image did not show the jaw clearly. It was a waste of money and time without any results.

I came here to have my wisdom tooth extracted on Friday afternoon. The staff and Dr. Tuan were very careful during the examination, consultation, and extraction. After the extraction, there was no swelling, pain, or bleeding, but you have to use the premium service package; the regular package probably wouldn't be this good. It's true that you get what you pay for. Medlatec provides excellent service.

It was time to get the results. I asked the staff where my breast ultrasound results were. They only showed my thyroid and abdominal ultrasounds earlier. They started talking to each other. Then, when I went up to the 4th floor, they said it wasn't my turn yet. Meanwhile, the blood test results were already available and had been given out. I had to go back to the waiting time to get my number. The way the staff on the 4th floor responded was extremely frustrating. There was no one to assist me on the 4th floor either. This kind of service is truly disappointing. I went for a general check-up, but they missed some of the assessment results for me. I'd already paid. If I hadn't asked carefully, they would have just left it at that. No one cared or offered any support. When I asked, the male staff member on duty said they had pinned it on a piece of paper. The paper already showed the ultrasound results, but the breast ultrasound was missing and had to be sent to another room, and no one pointed that out. The thyroid and abdominal ultrasounds were just for urine samples. The process was disorganized and lacked support. I was made to run up and down four floors like a whirlwind. I've had checkups at many places, but after getting a general checkup here because it's convenient and close to home, I definitely wouldn't go back.

I paid 300,000 VND for a professional teeth cleaning here and was very disappointed 😞. The tartar was removed thoroughly, but my teeth were only polished for two minutes, and there's no difference compared to before. I explicitly stated from the beginning that I wanted my teeth cleaned and then polished. I also asked if the spaces between my teeth would be cleaned. Although I was told yes, it wasn't done in the end. The quality of the work and the result were not good. Perhaps the treatments here are good, but I wouldn't get my teeth cleaned here again.
