Everything is fine, but the restrooms always smell strongly of urine. The hospital should clean and disinfect/deodorize the restrooms more frequently. Also, add instruction sheets in areas where patients need to do something if the assistant can't speak loudly and clearly. Post a notice on the wall so patients can do it themselves and save time.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION AT MEDDENTAL 12M CAT LINH❗️❌ I suffered from socket inflammation after the extraction, and I am extremely disappointed and have serious doubts about the competence of the doctors here. Firstly: During the extraction, I had to receive further anesthesia while the procedure was still in progress. The extraction process lasted almost an hour and was incredibly painful!! The anesthetic injection technique was inaccurate, leading to this situation (I had previously had an impacted wisdom tooth extracted on my right side at another dental clinic, and I didn't experience this problem; there was no pain during the extraction). Secondly: The sutures after extraction weren't sealed properly, so food easily got stuck and accumulated in the extraction site, causing inflammation (as I mentioned above, I had my wisdom tooth extracted elsewhere where the doctor sutured it very tightly, so I didn't experience this problem). This time, I had my left tooth extracted at Meddental because I happened to be with a friend, so I took the opportunity to have it done at the same time. I didn't expect this "convenience" to cost me my health and mental well-being. It's been almost 3 weeks since the extraction, and the extraction site is still wide open, with a lot of food getting trapped, making cleaning extremely difficult. Thirdly: About 8 weeks after the extraction, the swelling at the extraction site finally subsided, and I dared to touch it (because before, the extraction site was incredibly swollen and painful, so I didn't dare touch it). I discovered that a piece of tooth was still stuck to the gum and hadn't been completely removed??? Shocked and disappointed! I refused to go to the dental clinic at 12M Cat Linh for treatment because I no longer trust the doctors' skills there! In short, I lost money and suffered consequences – 2.5 million VND for one wisdom tooth. Anyone considering having a tooth extracted there should think carefully and do thorough research to avoid a similar experience!

Although the clinic has new equipment and the staff are friendly, I'd give it a negative rating in terms of professional expertise. They use many upselling tactics and provide misleading advice. They claimed that booking an appointment through their page would get you a free consultation and 3D CT scan. However, upon arrival, it turned out you had to pay for the wisdom tooth extraction to get the free service. My clinical symptoms were swelling and inflammation around the wisdom tooth, and swollen lymph nodes in my neck. However, the dentist only did a cursory examination, feeling around the area and declaring, "You're wrong, you don't have any lymph nodes." Later, even though the swelling was still significant, they said they could extract the tooth and remove the inflammation. I was suspicious because I had previously visited many dentists, and they all advised waiting until the swelling subsided before proceeding. After the examination, I had a high fever of 39 degrees Celsius. If my ancestors hadn't advised against extraction at that time, I probably wouldn't be writing this review now.

The patient went to the doctor because of swollen and painful gums and mouth, suspected to be due to a wisdom tooth. The doctor gave a cursory examination and concluded it was a wisdom tooth, then aggressively promoted a tooth extraction program, proceeding with the extraction even though the patient was still swollen and in pain. The patient, terrified, rushed back to a public hospital for a second opinion, only to be shocked to discover the swelling and pain were due to tonsillitis. The doctor was very inexperienced and prioritized profit over the patient's health.

I had a filling done here, but they didn't check the CT scan before filling it, not realizing I had pulp pain. So now I have to go to another hospital for treatment.

The clinic is clean and the consultation is enthusiastic. I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted for 8 million. Only after the extraction was done did they advise me on mouthwash. I didn't buy it, I only bought 2 bottles. They were a bit unhappy and didn't even let me take the bag home.

My mother had dental implants placed here 3 months ago, and she can eat and chew comfortably now.
