Dr Phuong's Dental Clinic

At 6 AM, I called to ask if they had an appointment for teeth cleaning, and they told me I had to wait until 7 AM. I was okay with that because I'd had several checkups, cleanings, and fillings at the clinic before and had been satisfied. I arrived at 7 AM but had to wait until 7:20 AM for the dentist. I was unhappy because it delayed my appointment, so I asked the dentist to speed things up – and it was done quickly. However, when it came time to pay, the attitude of both the dentist and the cashier was terrible, even though the cost wasn't cheap at 250,000 VND for 15 minutes of teeth cleaning – not a single apology. So, I'm definitely not coming back again.

I had three wisdom teeth extracted here, in two separate sessions. Both times, I only felt mild numbness and no pain or discomfort. The doctor was highly skilled, and everyone was dedicated and provided thorough instructions on oral hygiene. I recommend you all come and experience it for yourselves – it's fantastic!

I've also had several services done at the clinic: extraction of wisdom teeth growing sideways across my cheek, tooth extraction, fillings, etc. Speaking of that wisdom tooth, I was afraid to cancel the appointment after booking (even though I had to be anesthetized at the hospital because I had three wisdom teeth extracted at once), but the tooth was so in the way that I had to reschedule. Dr. Phuong extracted it for me, and I still remember seeing her change the forceps three times and climb onto them to pull it out 😨. Luckily, the tooth is gone now. The clinic is close to home, the doctor is highly skilled, provides accurate advice, and is very gentle.

I'm extremely afraid of dental clinics; as a child, just hearing the words "dental check-up" would make me panic and cry loudly. But unexpectedly, I was able to have three wisdom teeth extracted on my own and was completely happy, comfortable, and satisfied with both the process and the results. Dr. Phuong is very experienced, her procedures are neat and gentle, and she communicates with patients very calmly and empathetically, making me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the extraction process. The first extraction took 5-7 minutes, the next two were more difficult, so the total time was about 15 minutes. I only felt a little discomfort during the anesthesia; the extraction itself was completely painless. After the anesthetic wore off, there was some discomfort, but applying a cold compress relieved it immediately. The doctor prescribed painkillers for me to take after the extraction, but I didn't use them for either of the two extractions. The extraction site was minimally swollen and healed quickly; I was able to chew food two days after the extraction. I am truly grateful to Dr. Phuong for this incredibly gentle and comfortable tooth extraction experience. I wish Dr. Phuong good health and the entire team at Phuong Dental Clinic continued health, unity, and growth! I've had my wisdom teeth extracted at the clinic three times, and each time I received very helpful guidance and care. Even though my teeth were large, impacted, and hard, I didn't experience any pain or swelling after the extraction.
