I had my cavities treated here in December 2021. The bill was 6.3 million VND for 8-9 cavities and a cleaning. However, when I went, the dentist only filled the cavities without taking X-rays, and it's possible they didn't clean them thoroughly before filling. As a result, almost a year later, in October 2022, when I went for an X-ray, I found that the pulp was infected inside, even though the outside of the tooth was fine. The dentist at my new clinic said it was due to two possibilities: 1) the initial deep cleaning wasn't done properly, and 2) because they didn't take X-rays, they didn't detect the pre-existing infection. Now I have to spend 20 million VND to fix those two teeth again. I'm very disappointed because the dentist here wasn't careful enough, leading to such consequences for the patient. Not to mention the poor quality of the filling materials and the lack of proper consultation, resulting in fillings on my front teeth that are clearly two different colors and aesthetically unpleasing. It was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I hope no one else experiences this.
