They have a Japanese doctor, so they can speak Japanese, which is very helpful. I'm glad they can provide detailed support for my precious teeth. every six months. My teeth have always been white, so this time they went one shade whiter. I was worried because I was in pain the night before, but I took some painkillers and it was better the next morning. I wonder if they can do something about the pain from the whitening... I'll be coming back for a checkup in six months, and I highly recommend this dentist.

e thing is that the receptionist did not proactively inform me about the delay; only when I complained did they tell me to continue waiting. When the final part was done, the receptionist did not apologize to the customer! Such an operation is very unprofessional. Even though the doctor did a good job, if this situation continues, it will be difficult for customers to have sympathy to come back. The clinic needs to seriously review the reception and appointment management process to be worthy of the price and advertise the service to customers!
