They have a Japanese doctor, so they can speak Japanese, which is very helpful. I'm glad they can provide detailed support for my precious teeth. The first visit is a regular checkup and cleaning, which costs about 1,100K (6,500 yen), which is about the amount covered by Japanese insurance. every six months. My teeth have always been white, so this time they went one shade whiter. I was worried because I was in pain the night before, but I took some painkillers and it was better the next morning. I wonder if they can do something about the pain from the whitening... I'll be coming back for a checkup in six months, and I highly recommend this dentist.

e thing is that the receptionist did not proactively inform me about the delay; only when I complained did they tell me to continue waiting. When the final part was done, the receptionist did not apologize to the customer! Such an operation is very unprofessional. Even though the doctor did a good job, if this situation continues, it will be difficult for customers to have sympathy to come back. The clinic needs to seriously review the reception and appointment management process to be worthy of the price and advertise the service to customers!

The dental clinic is very clean and beautiful like a 5-star hotel, friendly space, number 1 in Saigon for dental work. I was advised to redo my upper and lower jaws that were done in Europe, but they were not beautiful. Now I am very satisfied, thank you to the team and the doctors. Especially Dr. Van, I will introduce my compatriots in France, America... to do it.

The service was excellent. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. I’ve visited many dental clinics around the world, and I’m very impressed with the quality of care here. Walked in for a same day appointment for teeth cleaning and was easily accommodated! Walked in around 12pm and was told to come back at 3:30pm. The cleaning was effective and pain-free. I was asked whether I would like to improve my smile or any other conditions beyond just teeth cleaning. Very happy with the service and experience here!

Had a great experience with Dr Roel in fixing a challenging tooth. He has more than 17 years of experience. Ive never felt more comfortable in the chair. Trustworthy, good and fair prices, professionally run outfit.
