I was told to wait 40 minutes, I agreed, but waited 60 minutes and asked again. The staff said it was busy. Okay, I accepted the wait because I knew it was busy, but after 40 minutes they didn't inform me if they could still do it, so I could arrange my time for other things. I waited even longer and was invited to the second floor. I thought I would get it done immediately, but it was just a change of seating, and another 10 minutes was unbearable because I had other plans to attend to. It was a waste of time and didn't get anything done, causing frustration for the customer! If you can't do it, don't make customers wait so long! Even though I've been here twice, this time the service was terrible.
