BE CAREFUL! THEY LEAVE YOU HANGING AND KEEPING FALSE/DELAYED PROMISES when it comes to REFUND and QUOTE! WARNING! May 9th - i was in so much pain and saw them on google. Called them and got quoted for 450 USD including crown/fillings and got booked for an appointment. May 11th - Went for my appointment and the lady receptionist wants me to pay 450 USD first before the procedure I paid. Then 10 mins after, she said I have to also pay 350usd or 250 usd for crown and composite. I was shocked as per booking it is already included. She said there must be a missed communication. I was gutted to hear it since I have no more money, in pain while on vacation and she did not even bother to explain the treatment plan and the cost before letting me pay at the first place. Since they already had my 450 USD. I have no choice but to proceed and borrowed money from my friend. Dentist came and examined me, turned out I needed more that 1 session of root canal or have it extracted since my cavity is quite deep. Decided not to proceed because my holiday in Cancun is quite short and it is more expensive to do so. They told me they will refund my money 10-15 business days. They asked for my bank account so it would be quicker which I have given. It’s nearly end of June now and I still dont have my refund. They keep messaging me same replies “Sorry for the delay, we are processing you refund with the finance team etc as soon as possible” The manager even told me via whatsapp that he prioritised my refund and it will come next week, and that was 2 weeks ago. They asked for other accounts that they can send my refund but, still, no refund. Asked for my paypal so they can send it instanty. Gave my paypal a week ago and… NO REFUND STILL. The worst is, they keep repeating same replies which sound like they are fooling me. I hate to believe that they are scammers, taking advantage from visiting clients and only wants money from the customers. Up to this day, June 22, i am still waiting for my refund and still got the “scripted” repeated replies from them. I have escalated it to my bank and took legal actions. So be careful with them. It is stressful dealing with a company who lies and gives false promises.

This required a specific approval process to cover the associated fees, which unfortunately took longer than anticipated. We understand this internal process should not have impacted your refund timeline, and we take full responsibility for the communication breakdown. We also acknowledge the initial misquote and the subsequent issues during your visit. This was a critical error on our part during the booking process, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure such miscommunications do not happen again. We truly value your feedback, and while we understand your decision to escalate this to your bank and take legal action, please be assured that your refund has been processed. We are working diligently to improve our refund process for international transactions and enhance our communication to prevent similar situations in the future.
