Had my wisdom tooth out. Very easy to make appointment with a good price. They speak English so easy to communicate. Would highly recommend, especially to expats who are a bit nervous about a dentist in Vietnam.
I went today for a deep clean and scaling. Fantastic service, really hygienic and modern facilities which are superior to my exeperiences in the UK. Will go again when I need a clean.
First rate. Good value. Easy to get an appointment at a time that suited me. Good English spoken. First appointment I needed a cap for a cracked tooth. I was in the seat for about an hour - including a clean up. Second one took 20 minutes to fit the cap. All round - can't fault them. I'll be back.
The Staff were friendly and able to speak English. The work performed on my teeth was excellent and quick and the price was extremely cheap. I would definitely recommended the Australian Dental Clinic and will use again if I have any other dental needs.
What a great experience I had visiting the Australian Dental Clinic! Friendly; helpful staff, very professional and good prices too. Overall I was very impressed.
Professional, clean, affodable and friendly- so happy I found this place

About
What this clinic actually does.
Australian Dental Clinic is a well-regarded international dental practice with locations in Hanoi at 3 Nguyen Du Street and in Da Nang at 51, 2/9 Street. The clinic was established to bring the standards and patient-care philosophy of Australian dentistry to Vietnam, making it a popular choice for both expatriates living in Vietnam and international dental tourists seeking quality care in a familiar clinical environment.
Dental implants are a flagship service at Australian Dental Clinic. The team has extensive experience in implant surgery across a full range of scenarios, from single-tooth replacements to complex full-arch restorations. The clinic uses high-quality internationally certified implant systems and follows rigorous surgical protocols to maximize long-term implant success. Bone grafting procedures are available for patients who require additional bone volume before implant placement.

Cosmetic dentistry is another core strength. Porcelain veneers and ceramic crowns are crafted to exacting standards, with careful attention to shade matching and tooth shape to create results that look completely natural. The clinic's cosmetic team works closely with each patient to understand their aesthetic goals and deliver results that enhance the smile without looking artificial.
Orthodontic treatment at Australian Dental Clinic covers both traditional fixed braces and advanced clear aligner therapy including Invisalign. Dr. Dang Viet Khanh leads the orthodontics service, bringing specialist expertise to each case. Patients benefit from digital planning tools and regular monitoring to ensure treatment progresses efficiently.
Crown and bridge work is performed to a high standard using quality ceramic materials. The clinic offers both conventional dental crowns and all-ceramic options for patients who want the most natural-looking results. Dental bridges are a cost-effective solution for patients who have lost one or more teeth and prefer a fixed restoration over a removable denture.
Additional services include professional teeth whitening using proven whitening systems, white composite fillings, and complete root canal treatment. The clinic also provides wisdom tooth extractions and general oral health examinations and check-ups.
The clinical team includes Dr. Pham Duy Quang, Dr. Nguyen Trong Hoan, Dr. Nguyen Nhung, orthodontist Dr. Dang Viet Khanh, and Dr. Bui Van Tuan. The team also includes Amanda, an Australian dental nurse coordinator, who bridges communication between international patients and the Vietnamese clinical team. This combination of local expertise and international coordination makes the clinic especially welcoming to English-speaking patients.
The clinic operates daily and is easily accessible from central Hanoi and major Da Nang hotels and tourist areas. Communication in English is a standard part of the patient experience, which removes a common barrier for overseas patients seeking dental care abroad.
For dental tourists visiting Vietnam, Australian Dental Clinic offers significant cost savings compared to equivalent treatment in Australia, the United Kingdom, or the United States, while maintaining the high clinical standards that patients expect. Whether you need a single veneer, a full smile makeover, or a complex implant case, the team at Australian Dental Clinic is equipped to deliver results that meet international expectations.

Questions
What people ask this clinic.
What treatments does Australian Dental Clinic offer?
Australian Dental Clinic provides a comprehensive range of dental services including dental implants, porcelain veneers, Invisalign clear aligners, crowns, teeth whitening, scale and clean, extractions, and root canal treatment. The clinic operates from branches in Hanoi and Da Nang, making it accessible for patients who plan to combine treatment with travel to central or northern Vietnam. The focus is on delivering Western-standard care in a clean, modern environment that international patients find familiar and comfortable.
How do treatment costs compare to Australia, the UK, and the USA?
Patients typically save 60-75% compared to home-country prices. As a general guide, a full dental implant with crown costs roughly AUD 900-1,800 (USD 600-1,200 / GBP 500-1,000) at Australian Dental Clinic versus AUD 4,500-6,500 in Australia, USD 3,000-5,000 in the US, or GBP 2,500-4,500 in the UK. Veneers range from approximately AUD 300-650 per tooth locally. These are indicative ranges and the clinic will provide an itemised quote following a consultation or review of your X-rays.
Is Australian Dental Clinic internationally accredited?
Australian Dental Clinic is built around Western clinical standards, and the treating dentists are trained to protocols familiar to patients from Australia, the UK, and other English-speaking countries. While specific ISO or JCI accreditation status should be confirmed on the clinic's SmileJet profile, its strong track record with 246 Google reviews averaging 4.77 out of 5 reflects consistently high patient satisfaction. International visitors are welcome to request details of dentist qualifications and sterilisation procedures during their initial consultation.
Do the dentists at Australian Dental Clinic speak English?
Absolutely. English communication is a defining feature of Australian Dental Clinic, and it is specifically noted in numerous patient reviews. Multiple expats and first-time dental tourists have commented that appointments felt straightforward because staff could explain procedures, answer questions, and discuss treatment options clearly in English. This extends from the front desk through to the treating dentists, making it an especially popular choice for patients who are nervous about managing a language barrier while receiving dental care.
How many days should I allow for a dental trip to Vietnam?
For straightforward treatments like a scale and clean, extraction, or teeth whitening, a single-day or two-day visit is sufficient. Crown and veneer cases normally require two appointments spaced 5-7 days apart, so budget for 7-10 days in Vietnam. Invisalign treatment requires ongoing appointments over several months, which suits patients already living in or regularly visiting Vietnam. Implant placement itself can be done in one trip, but the final crown fitting occurs after a healing period of 3-6 months, which may mean a second visit.
Which implant brands are available at Australian Dental Clinic?
Australian Dental Clinic uses implant systems from reputable international manufacturers. Commonly available brands include Osstem, Dentium, and Straumann, with pricing varying based on the system selected. The clinical team will discuss the options with you, covering longevity, manufacturer warranty, and cost differences, so you can make an informed choice. All implant components are sourced through legitimate supply channels, and patients receive documentation of the brand and model implanted for their home dental records.
Can I get implants and veneers done in one visit?
Veneers are well suited to a single trip because the full process from tooth preparation to final fitting usually fits within 7-10 days. Dental implants, by contrast, require a two-stage process: the titanium post is placed on one visit and the final crown is attached after a healing period that typically lasts 3-6 months. Many patients use their first trip to combine implant placement with veneer treatment or other shorter procedures, maximising the value of their time in Vietnam. Australian Dental Clinic's team can help plan an efficient itinerary.
What technology and equipment does the clinic use?
Australian Dental Clinic is equipped to Western standards, with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and modern sterilisation equipment. Several patient reviews describe the facilities as clean, modern, and superior to what they experienced at home. The clinic uses digital impression systems at some locations, which improves the accuracy of crown and veneer work and reduces chair time. Infection control protocols align with international dentistry standards, giving overseas patients confidence in the hygiene and safety of the environment.
What aftercare support is available after returning home?
After treatment, Australian Dental Clinic provides written aftercare instructions and guidance on what to expect during recovery. For patients who have returned to their home country, the clinic supports remote follow-up via messaging so questions about healing, sensitivity, or fit adjustments can be addressed quickly. Patients are advised to share their treatment records and X-rays with their regular dentist at home to ensure continuity of care. In most cases, routine aftercare such as hygiene checks can be handled locally once the initial treatment is complete.
