Super cutesy dental clinic! The pinkish green color is so adorable that it makes you feel at home. The receptionist is super friendly, because I already booked, I immediately checked in using the QR code on WhatsApp. After that, my blood pressure was checked, if it was normal, I could continue and I was given slippers to go to the room. After that, I was asked if I wanted to watch or listen to music during the treatment, but I ended up listening to Kpop 2.0, hehe. I tried scaling my teeth for only 249k because there was a new patient promotion, thank God it was very clean and the doctor was very friendly. Super worth it!

My first dental check-up experience here: 1. Comfortable place. 2. I'd been there well in advance, and I'd been reminded via WhatsApp close to the appointment time, so I minimized forgetting. I got checked right away without waiting in line. 3. This dental office in Tebet is incredibly clean, looks sterile, and the examination area, restroom, and prayer room are sparkling clean. 4. I was offered a choice of music to play during my check-up at the reception. 5. The room was cold. If I felt cold, they asked and gave me a blanket. This is the first time I've had this happen to me during my dental check-ups. Good job. 6. The staff and doctors are all friendly.

I want to ask how much does a dental x-ray cost?

I simply want to share my experience (without endorsements, promotions, or other benefits from a dental clinic) about the service, especially the practitioners' service to customers. My visits were on July 12th and 19th, 2025. I've previously had treatments at other dental clinics, and I feel that Satu Dental (Tebet) is on the next level. I've never experienced such pleasant, satisfying service with such good results, with almost no room for complaint. To Dr. Raditya Afif and Team, thank you for the excellent service. Even 5 stars isn't enough to give me feedback. Why? A complicated upper jaw filling, which I had a history of (and was a cause for concern) having to be hospitalized for three days due to a poorly placed filling, broken by the doctor. While nothing is perfect except God Almighty, the doctor did his best. I've never had such a great time having a dental filling. To the frontline staff, thank you for your warm welcome and your extremely friendly, flexible, and fast responses. To the management, thank you for trusting that we (the customers) will "come," so we don't have to ask for a deposit that seems coercive like other clinics. They even offer a free two-week "repair" guarantee as a form of responsibility and commitment. However, I hope this doesn't affect the "behind-the-scenes" work of the practitioners in their field, because perfection belongs only to God, and I'm sure they're putting in their best effort. I have to say, you guys have truly earned all my respect. I'll definitely come back and will share this experience with all my colleagues. Keep up the good work, and keep getting even better!

The administrator didn't carefully check the insurance. After the doctor's intervention, they decided there were problems with the insurance. He was the one who made the careless decision, and I was the one who had to pay.
