Traumatic experience. My first time here for wisdom tooth extraction. An appointment was made, and the day after, without any other examinations, the extraction proceeded. e was no improvement. It was too late, and the infection was already severe. I ended up hospitalized for major surgery, which typically costs 12 times more than the actual wisdom tooth surgery. The clinic's only response? They only said they investigated through CCTV (they obviously couldn't see what was happening in my mouth during the procedure). They wanted to have a "family chat," but we, the victims, were the ones who were sent to the clinic. Finally, they offered a refund, but had to sign a letter of silence. Not to mention the customer service representative who reached out to "follow up," asking questions that I didn't think had anything to do with the clinic.

I've had checkups at other dental clinics without this much effort. During the X-ray, it was also very clear what I had to do, how long I had to wait, and everything was explained from the moment I opened the equipment. I spent 250,000 Rupiah on the X-ray.
