Excellent service, had 2 crowns replaced at this dental practice and they were perfect, all the equipment looks very new and well maintained, my dentist spoke perfect English. Would definitely recommend here if you want high quality dental services

My experience with the dentist and team was so good. I travelled from Europe, while I was there they went above and beyond to help me and my issues with a new implant. I received a very disappointing treatment in Australia . The team at premier dental have resolved my issues and mentioned should I have any issues I can come back to a review. I’m so happy with my smile. One more thing my flight out was Monday and the dentist and his team stayed late Sunday with the ceramic to make sure my abutment and implant was finished onn time for my flight Monday. They really do care here.

I have been a client of Premier Dental in Thao Dien for about two years now, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. During this time I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done, including wisdom teeth removal, a crown replacement, and several cavities treated. Every experience has been excellent. Dr. Wilson has been an absolute gem — professional, skilled, and always making sure you feel comfortable and well informed. The receptionist is also incredibly warm, helpful, and kind, which makes every visit pleasant from the moment you walk in. The prices are very reasonable for the level of care and the quality of the facilities they offer. It truly feels like top-level dental care without the inflated price tag. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dental clinic in Thao Dien.

My experience was so boring that I don't see any 5-star reviews. This place used to be Ki Dental or something, then changed its name. I won't come back here, and I won't recommend it to anyone: - The price is very expensive, not cheap, and the service is half-hearted. - The receptionist sitting outside the table is also bad. - The doctor's examination is not gentle, he is so rude when he works in people's mouths. The nurse doesn't know what he's doing, he's clumsy. The doctor does it quickly so he can go to another customer. While he's examining me, the receptionist runs in to ask the doctor's opinion about another case. - When you come here, you have to change their slippers, which is disgusting. It's like a spa. So if you come here, wear regular slippers, because you have to leave your slippers outside. - The toilet is tiny and cramped - like a public toilet. There's no private toilet, but you wash your hands and use the restroom together, it's public, unhygienic. - The clinic has a fishy smell of metal, very unpleasant. Nah. Don't come here.

I received wonderful treatment here during my vacation; the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and highly competent and professional. I thank Dr. Jane, her assistants, the management, and everyone on this wonderful team. In my 74 years, I have never experienced such excellent and highly professional treatment. I had a split tooth extracted and a double crown fitted, and I am absolutely delighted with the result. Thank you so much to everyone on this premier dental team! 👍🙏

The service was quite good from the reception: the staff were prepared and remembered the guests' names, there was Milo/cereal drink, a sandpit and even a playroom for children. I had two fillings and a wisdom tooth extracted - and I can say this was the best tooth extraction I've ever had - quick and smooth, painless even after the anesthetic wore off. ❤️❤️❤️ The dentist was gentle, attentive and took very good care of the patients.
