I experienced a cracked tooth shortly after arriving in Ho Chi Minh. I booked into Premier Dental who gave me a 9am appointment the next working day. The service was unbelievably good. They have a spotlessly clean clinic with fantastic professional staff. They have all the necessary modern equipment onsite. The dentist was clearly very skilled and experienced. He spoke really good English but an extremely kind and helpful young lady accompanied me throughout my treatment anyway just to ensure I understood everything and didnt get lost in the building. She even gave me some sightseeing tips. I had an x ray, ct scan, composite filling, and amalgam filing for the equivalent of 43 gbp. The dentist gave me another treatment option, which he felt would be better, but this would've meant going back in 2 weeks time, which I couldn't do as Id already have left Ho Chi Minh. The clinic messaged me later in the day and also the next day to check everything was ok. There was no attempt to upsell any unnecessary treatments. Premier Dental was so much better than my own dentist back in the UK that I'm seriously considering returning to Vietnam in the future to have some cosmetic procedures done. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I absolutely would. An amazing experience especially for such a low price. Ty to Rachel and everyone at Premier Dental!

I recently visited Premier Dental Clinic for a teeth cleaning and filling, and I had a very positive experience. From the reception team to the assistants and the dentist, everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Terence did an excellent job and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I especially appreciate his dental assistant, Loan, who ensured I was comfortable the entire time. As someone who usually feels anxious about dental visits, this experience was truly reassuring 🥹 The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and highly reliable. I’m very happy I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality dental care.

We booked for a cleaning recently and had a really good experience. They were on time, and professional from the start. Dr. Tri was professional as he explained what he was doing without overcomplicating anything. The cleaning itself took about an hour and was pretty comfortable overall. Pricing is very reasonable too depending on your teeth condition. My partner also went in for a cleaning and a filling. She usually gets quite nervous with dental visits, but her doctor and the assistant were really patient and reassuring the whole time, which made a big difference for her. All in all, a solid experience for both of us.

I had multiple consultations with the two surgeons Dr Celine and Dr Albert prior to having work done. They were very patient and genuinely interested in collaborating to come up with the best solution to address my tricky dental issue. I definitely recommend Premier Dental, they really want the best for you and are committed to a very high standard of care.

They were amazing! I had a dental check-up and clean. Staff were amazing (thank you Kate, dentist Timmy and Nurse Hoa). They were friendly, kind and gentle. All speak English which was great. Clinic was clean, modern and spacious! Response times were so prompt too! I inquired the night before around 7pm and they slotted me in the next morning! I was so impressed with that.

I’m on my fourth trip to Ho Chi Minh City, and this is my second visit to Premier Dental. I returned because I was very happy with Dr. Patrick Luu during my first visit, when he did my in-clinic teeth bleaching and filling, and the results were excellent. On my first trip, I had been assigned a female dentist for scaling and polishing, but she didn’t speak much English. I had to rely on Google Translate, which made it difficult to explain exactly what I wanted. The Premier Dental team noticed I was struggling and quickly reassigned me to Dr. Patrick Luu, which made the experience much smoother and more comfortable. This trip, I came back for scaling and polishing, a filling, and new retainers. I mentioned that my previous retainers from my home country were flimsy, and I appreciated how the clinic accommodated my needs with sturdier, better-fitting retainers. I highly recommend Dr. Patrick Luu to anyone who needs a dentist who can communicate clearly in English and understands your needs. Was told I needed a root canal on a tooth or the infection would spread to my bone with serious consequences. The root canal was performed which took 3 appointments of intense drilling. Still was feeling pain when I returned to USA. Went to an endodontist at home. Based on a CT scan the endodontist said the root canal was so bad she could not save the tooth. The roots had been perforated and the dentist was actually drilling into the bone. Had to have the tooth extracted. Now dealing with infection and need an implant at considerable cost and with a lot of pain. The problem is dentists in Vietnam think they can perform a procedure they are not qualified to do.

I received only professional advice and excellent care at Premier Dental. They were very accommodating to my needs for veneers, and I’m so thankful for the results. The staff were kind and caring throughout the process. As an expat, it was especially comforting to experience such honesty in both their services and financial plan. Highly recommended!
