I've been getting my braces done here for 6 months now, with Dr. Hiep. So far everything is great; the doctor and the consultants take excellent care of me. The most amazing experience was yesterday when I had mini-screws inserted. At first, I was quite scared because I heard it would hurt a lot, and my hands were shaking when I lay down for the procedure. But after the anesthesia, Dr. Hiep inserted both in less than 5 minutes, and I didn't feel anything at all. When I got home, there was some slight pain, but a painkiller helped. Today everything is normal, no pain or discomfort. So comfortable!

I was accompanied by the super lovely Dr. Hiep; he took great care and had a gentle touch, so the tooth tightening wasn't too painful. You usually have to wait a little while, but the receptionists are also very enthusiastic, so it's a pleasant experience.
