My favorite dental clinic. The doctor is very skillful and dedicated. The staff is very supportive. Dr. Hiep is very nice and my tooth extraction was painless. The campus is clean and the equipment is modern.

I was accompanied by the super lovely Dr. Hiep; he took great care and had a gentle touch, so the tooth tightening wasn't too painful. You usually have to wait a little while, but the receptionists are also very enthusiastic, so it's a pleasant experience.

I wonder if the patients here who get braces are advised during the contract that if they use other services like fillings or extractions during their treatment, they'll receive a 50% discount. My clinic did provide oral consultations, but I didn't pay attention to writing it down in the contract. Now, when I went to get three fillings, they charged me the original price. it wasn't written in the contract. I learned my lesson: remember to carefully read the contract for any advice you receive. If it's not mentioned, make sure it's written down by hand. Being cheated like I was is just frustrating. Most people who get braces do so through referrals from family and friends; few come to the clinic on their own. With this kind of service, who would dare recommend a clinic? It would only damage their reputation.
I scheduled an appointment for 4 PM and made the customer wait an hour for their turn. It happened 10 times out of 10! 👍🏻 …
