and made sure her work was absolutely perfect no matter how much time it took. I ended up having 6 appointments over a 10 day stretch and getting 8 crowns and 11 veneers done. I am so beyond happy with my results and would highly recommend anyone looking to get dental work done to go to Dr. Bão's office! What stood out the most was that every step of the process was completely painless — even having four teeth extracted. I did have moments where I felt anxious, especially during some of the more complex procedures, but I always felt completely safe. Dr. Bao gave me total confidence the entire time, and the nurses and assistants were incredible. I remember one of them gently placing her hand on my shoulder during a moment of anxiety, and it made such a difference. The whole team was amazing. The reception staff were so warm and welcoming — it genuinely felt like visiting friends each time I came in. By the end of it all, I almost felt a bit sad that the journey was over. Most importantly, the results have genuinely changed my life. Going from having rotten teeth to having a full, healthy smile has made a huge difference in my confidence and overall wellbeing.
