the first communication to the last inspection, there was not a single doubt in the expertise of the individuals. I always felt in the safest hands and welcome. I can only recommend to anyone looking for a dental solution! PS: You are sitting in the waiting room smiling...because one of the staff will soon give you a smile...an interesting experience! Es ist schwer, Worte des Lobes und Dankes für meinen Weg zu einem perfekten Lächen zu finden :) Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team von Identalia Zagreb für die Professionalität und überstanden Arbeit – also die complete Sanierung des Ober- und Unterkiefers, mit Implantaten, Kronen und Veneers. Der Weg, den wir gemeinsam gegangen sind, war lang, aber jede Sekunde in dieser Atmospherä und Sauberkeit hat sich gelohnt. The medical staff and assistants are highly trained and professional. Everyone is always very kind and speaks good Italian. The apartments are very beautiful and functional. The travel agency is always available for travel, sightseeing, and short trips. Thank you again, everyone.

I can't praise the clinic enough. An unusually familiar atmosphere that immediately spreads to the patients. I never felt uncomfortable at any point. The doctors at Identalia operate according to high professional standards and follow precise protocols. If there had been any complaints during the treatment, we would have regretted not being informed immediately – in that case, we could have taken immediate action. Furthermore, every service has a warranty period, but if the patient fails to attend check-ups or perform scheduled maintenance, this also has consequences. Regarding additional costs related to card payments, these are clearly indicated and in line with the practice of many other clinics. We strive to be as transparent as possible.
