Terrible! First I called to arrange an impression for a splint and a beautiful woman named Stella answered and she was all praise! The clinic is very nice and tidy but then the shock follows. Mrs. Iva Drobec sees me and I don't know where to start. To start with she says she can't make a splint for me because of my misaligned bite. that I need a splint first and foremost. Then she first assures me that I don't have bruxism because I don't have worn teeth, then she says that I do have it but that the cause is a bad bite. To which I keep repeating that my bite has changed because of bruxism but the lady is blunt in her own way and knows my situation better than I do. She says it's impossible for bruxism to change my bite. I think that alone speaks volumes about her knowledge. Then she asks me about one tooth if it's my baby tooth (I'm 26 years old). So she says that nothing will get worse without a splint, and then later she says that it will. So I tell her that my flesh has visibly receded and she practically claims that I imagined it, but then she agrees with me and says that I have pockets. The papilla between two of my teeth has completely receded, which is of course visible, but the gentleman tells me that she doesn't see it, and then she starts tearing out that tissue and makes me bleed, and a few hours later that area is irritated. Then she says that there's no point in getting a splint because my contact is on my back teeth and I have 32 teeth?! So I have severe bruxism that caused my bite to be like this, she assures me that it's impossible and that it's the other way around and that I have to grind my teeth or wear braces, but no splints. I've never experienced this in my life. Pay attention to your employees because this is unacceptable. The gentleman smiles mockingly the whole time. He doesn't want to make a splint, he doesn't listen to what I'm saying, he literally convinces me that I'm lying about everything and says one thing and then another. Shame!

Cleanliness, courtesy, and excellent patient care, I'd say. Satisfied with my second trip to Zagreb. Dr. Lidia was kind and patient, meticulous in her work, and the chairside assistant was present and courteous. Receptionists Antonio and Lucija were truly excellent at translating what was being done and how the session was conducted. Thank you all, a truly excellent center.

wrote a message, asking about sedation and all possible ways to still have the procedure, but with as little memory, fear and stress as possible. First, I received a call from the wonderful Ms. Stella. A woman who immediately calmed me down and showed me that I had opened a "good door" and that I was in safe hands. We quickly arranged an appointment, before which I was as scared as if I were going to be shot, not a simple conversation 🫣 Dr. Bergovec greeted me so kindly, calmly and with such understanding that I felt like I was going to a friend for coffee, not a dentist. He explained every procedure in great detail. And what a great man he is is best shown by the fact that he apologized because the anesthesia was a little painful. He instilled such confidence in me that, even though I was afraid of the interview and examination itself, I came to the extraction completely confident and relaxed because I knew I was in good hands. The picture in the waiting room says: "The fastest and easiest way to succeed is by helping others." - these people definitely do it. And they do it with their heart and soul. The surgery itself is modern, impeccably clean and equipped with the latest technology, which makes the treatments pleasant and almost completely painless. I especially want to thank dr. To Leonard Bergovac, a specialist in surgery, who announced and explained every detail of the procedure in advance, with the addition of wonderful humor that created an extremely pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to his expertise, even the little bit of pain I expected didn't appear. I was able to eat the very same evening after the tooth extraction, without any complications or swelling — I am especially grateful to him for that. I would also like to express my great gratitude to the entire team led by Dr. Bec Daniel. Their expertise, effort and care left a strong impression and contributed to my feeling of security at all times. I really thank Dr. Daniel for his patience and for every step of the treatment, which was also explained in perfect detail, but for each one!
