I've known this clinic for many years. Every time I return for oral surgery or to accompany my husband, the staff is always professional, kind, and friendly. I've always been satisfied. I highly recommend it!

More then great experience with whole Identalia team in every way. Very professional and very kind. My doctors are Julijan Kralj and Leonard Bergovec. Both excellent. Procedures were without pain completely, well done and well organized. I had 3 different cases. Do not be afraid of implant at all. My pocedure lasted less then 10 minutes and without any pain. My experience with Identalia was rather unpleasant. A large and well-organized clinic, but with doctors who work reluctantly and quickly. Teeth cleaning or tartar removal, as per their price list, lasted 7 minutes, โฌ45 per arch for a total of โฌ90... literally a quick wipe on the teeth. was constantly full of saliva because she couldn't work and aspirate at the same time. Furthermore, after a few months, the filling fell out, but I wasn't able to return to Croatia before the 6-month "warranty" on it. Furthermore... if you pay by POS, there's an extra โฌ5 in commission... in 2025, where even coffee can be paid for by card. Think carefully before letting this clinic put your hands in your mouth. Ultimately, it might be better to stay in Italy or rely on other clinics in the area that do much better work.

The doctors at Identalia operate according to high professional standards and follow precise protocols. If there had been any complaints during the treatment, we would have regretted not being informed immediately โ in that case, we could have taken immediate action. Furthermore, every service has a warranty period, but if the patient fails to attend check-ups or perform scheduled maintenance, this also has consequences. Regarding additional costs related to card payments, these are clearly indicated and in line with the practice of many other clinics. We strive to be as transparent as possible. Excellent treatment! I had full implants done four years ago. From day one, I was extremely satisfied โ the treatment, the accommodation, the communication โ everything was simply perfect! I now go for a check-up once a year, and everything is still top-notch. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Identalia clinic to anyone!

High expectations and a terrible experience. Nice initial words. I spent a lot of money (โฌ13,000) for major work on all my teeth, which was done in a very sloppy and incompetent manner. Now I continue to have serious problems with my mouth. They don't want to take care of the problem. They tell me to go to another dentist. A disgrace.
