Disappointing. My husband ordered on 31.3 at 19:30, 7th floor. They said they were a little late, that the appointment was at 20:00. My husband arrived and waited for more than 20 minutes, only to be told later that due to the delay, the examination was still on the 6th floor...😡 Very frivolous.
