Now, after about ten days, after the impressions have settled after the rather complex procedures performed on the "upper unit" *the most important tooth for our smile, I want to say: people, quality and safety really live here. You leave here with the most beautiful smile in the world - and a smile is our first impression and impression, the ID with which we present ourselves! How much I was afraid of the procedure is indescribable - because I have a series of difficult procedures and surgeries to treat malignant diseases in my mouth behind me. I walked around for years with some substitute solution, afraid to step into that surgical world again. But, in short, everything from the first contact with Dr. Renato O., diagnostics, conversations with the team about possible solutions to replace that tooth - I felt truly safely guided but also had a sense of personal control over the entire process that took place. It is very important to me that the patient is a person, not just an object of work, and that is exactly how I felt here. I like the clear communication at every stage, from the surgical procedure, Dr. Luke O., a very focused young doctor, later the exceptional dedication to every detail, the high standards of complete oral hygiene. The whole atmosphere, is very soothing and even that nice murmur, their little smiles are encouraging, they have such a healing effect as soon as you enter these spaces. I am a therapist by profession, so it is also a great deformation for me to notice it, to feel the *vibe that people create. Whatever this team does here, they do it excellently because they have created a pleasant atmosphere that gives exactly that security to start with. The smile I received at the end of the ballad was worth every day of patience invested (which is not my best side :).
