This was my first time at the clinic, and my initial impression was that it was quite crowded. However, I felt really reassured throughout the examination and treatment process. I was greeted by Dr. Hoang from the moment I arrived, receiving thorough consultations and then going into the examination room. Before starting any procedures, they clearly explained each step, making me feel very comfortable, unlike previous visits where I was very afraid of pain. The space was very clean and tidy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The service was very polite and unhurried, making me feel respected. After the treatment, I understood why it was so crowded when I first arrived. Thank you, Winsmile Dental Clinic, for giving me such a good experience.

Had my teeth cleaned in three countries now and this had to be the laziest cleaning job. They took less than a minute to look at my teeth to say no cavities and that I donโt need too much cleaning so it would be only 300k. Then only took less than 10 minutes to clean my teeth. With only doing a simple brush and me even having to ask the woman to floss (and her not even flossing correctly to get to my gums). Update: they did contact me and I was able to go back to get it redone. This time they were more attentive.
