, hooks, pulling and scraping causing unnecessary discomfort. Then she carried on to chip away and remove my filler, as it seems she could not tell the difference between plaque and filler which is almost cemented onto my tooth. Pain was unbearable I had to ask her to stop, of course I only found out the damage cause when I looked in the mirror. When I told the receptionist, I was then told the dentist would fix it, 30min later a dentist arrived and said it’s “human error and mistakes happen”. Completely normalizing the situation, she then started the process of rectifying the colleagues mistake but actually causing even more pain. The general tools used, the dental chairs are out of date and the place needs modernizing, staff updating on new process or working without causing so much pain it’s really not necessary. I don’t think any of the staff acted out of malice but they are equipped with out of date tools to use, however the hygienist not being able to tell the difference between plaque and filler is really disgraceful.
I felt they were thoroughly professional, modern and caring. Technologically they seem to be first class. This comes at a price, but for the service, that's still great value. Communication in English works well. I'll preference here for all future work. Thank you West Coast, and see you again 🙏🏽😊

, with clear timelines and associated costs for each treatment, the clinic and equipment are modern and clean, Dr Andrew, who performed my surgery is internationally trained, the cost was very competitive compared to other clinics we contacted and there was no up selling or unnecessary treatment quoted. everyone from reception staff, office manager, doctors all spoke very good English and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were also on a very tight schedule to leave Vietnam and the office manager moved other appointments around to free up the doctors to accommodate our timelines. Communication and support before, during and after the surgery was magnificent. My treatment will be done in 2 stages and I will be returning in a few months for stage 2. Even with travel and accommodation costs, it still makes it more cost effective than getting the treatment in my home country, New Zealand.
Been a patron since 2019. Very professional services. Dentist I deal with is highly experienced and knowledgable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for dental services in D1.

arrived. I ended up wasting my time and going the whole way to the clinic to get the piece of paper. Disappointing. 2) I had a treatment plan of two appointments, but after the first appointment I didn’t schedule the second one. This did not bother Westcoast – nobody cared, nobody called to follow up, nobody wondered why I stopped the treatment in the middle. It has been some time since then, so all I can say – Westcoast didn’t really care about me. 3) The price is insanely expensive compared to local (decent enough) Vietnamese dental clinics. Yes, the facility may be a bit less attractive, the staff might (might) speak less good English, and maybe the service will be 5% “less good”, but when the price difference is that big, I doubt that it’s worth going to Westcoast. I’m personally disappointed.

I was there once time to remove my wisdom teeth. The doctor was so professional and all the staff very supportive! Highly recommend for those looking for good dentist! Price is high, of course!

other Saigon Dentist that had high ratings and it was no good. I immediately called West Coast Dental. I should have just went with them first for all my dental procedures. They were amazing and my work was extensive. The attention, care, and consideration I received was outstanding. I have already suggested a friend to go there. While she pretends this was her first major dental experience, I have known her for over 20 years and I know what her original teeth looked like. I know WCD had a lot of work cut out for them. She was Thrilled and she is VERY picky! She actually came back and was like I cannot believe how amazingly attentive the service was. They are not going to be the cheapest and if you care a lot about getting the cheapest price I don't know that this is your spot. In fairness, they do a cleaning for around $40 (at the time I went, though I think they gave me a break because of all the extensive work I was doing) and from a lot of the ex-pats I understand that is SUPER expensive. But for a US person, this is a great price for the service you get. I have certain concerns when I get a cleaning. IMO they were so considerate that I would happily pay the difference. But I understand everyone has a different circumstance. That said, if you need extensive work, you want the best equipment and you don't want any mess ups, I would just choose this spot and call it a day. The small amount you might save is just not worth the stress and concerns. The standards and cleanliness are good enough where I feel comfy recommending to my posh NYC friends. And they do not short cut service. I think with coordination, you just have to be patient with the time zone. That can always be awkward. They are best BTW on Whatsapp vs. other methods. Oh.. and all of their staff (Dr. Nurses & Front Desk) speak decent English, but esp their Dr's have great English. It is truly a beautiful, compassionate, patient oriented team.

My dentist was Dr Bui Lê Tram Anh. I had 8 venners done 4 upper front and 4 bottom front teeth. Dr Anh did a great job. Very professional and curtious. I had 2 main appointments of 3hrs and then 5hrs to fit the veneers and follow up 3 days later. Really happy with my smile ☺ Definitely recommend Westcoast Dental and Dr Anh.
