Dr. Arne provided the best dental experience I’ve ever had. His passion, skill, and knowledge in his field is very apparent. Dr Arne at Westcoast International Dental Clinic is a marvellous man. I had two wisdom teeth removed and he really put me at ease. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. The clinic it's self is clean and modern. If you need to see a dentist, I can't recommend this place enough.

Dr. Arne is a star! He’s absolutely professional and he obviously loves his job which he shares with his clients. You can tell that he tries to find the best solution what works for YOU, not for him. I went through a lot with my teeth in previous decades and he saved them all. I can’t be more grateful that I’ve found such a brilliant dentist.
Dr. Arne and Dr. De Pasca were both fantastic during my time in Hanoi. They were very knowledgable, offered expert advice and really helped us through what would've been nightmare procedures back in my country. impressed! At no time did it feel like they were trying to get extra money or do unnecessary work. The price for fillings was between $40 - $80 and a clean $50. This is more expensive than some others we looked at online, but for peace of mind it's well worth it.
I couldn't be happier with the level of competence, courtesy, and professionalism of this clinic. I feel I received an absolutely world-class dental implant at an affordable price. Dr Andrew Tsang seems to be a master of his craft, and I've very happy to have come to him. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

nd have had some bad/painful past experiences with dentists in the US, which has made me a very nervous patient when I need work done. Unfortunately, I also grind my teeth at night and when I chipped a tooth recently I waited almost a month to go to the dentist because I was afraid. A friend recommended Dr. Arne so I decided to go in for a visit. The night before the appointment, I literally had nightmares about the dentist! When I came in to the clinic Dr. Arne greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm handshake and I immediately felt more at ease. He took a look at my problem tooth as well as a check of all my other teeth and talked me through the procedure we needed to take on. My hands were immediately sweating and my heart was racing at the thought of the procedure that was about to happen. He gave me some options for anesthesia and I told him of some of my last experiences and my fear, so we made a choice for the best option for me. He put me at ease through the whole numbing process and I knew I was going to be fine. He kindly and patiently talked me through every step and within minutes of beginning the procedure I was completely relaxed WHICH WAS A MIRACLE! By the time we finished I wanted to give him a big hug and do cartwheels out of the office... but I knew that might be weird so I just thanked him profusely. That night when I lay in bed I had the biggest relief knowing I didn't have to dread making that appointment and was to thankful that it all went so unbelievably well. Unfortunately, I'm moving from Vietnam soon but I'm coming back for a visit to Dr. Arne if I need dental work in the future. Thanks to Dr. Arne and to the awesome assistant for such a great experience! I haven't been this happy leaving the dentist office in a very long time.
During my visit to Hanoi, I heard the reputation of this clinic and went for a couple of crowns to be done I ended up with Dr Arne Wiemann He did a great job, describing all possible options, consequences and the best one to choose. is clearly a skilled and conscientious dentist who takes a vocational interest in what he does. He is exactly the kind of medical professional I most admire - he has his own well-formulated and considered approaches to his profession. Examples: He does not over-use the X-ray machine, something I always wondered about when my dentist in the US suggested I get them every 6 months… Dr Arne explained that there are other methods of diagnosis, that (though while not directly billable!) are just as effective. This observation, and double respect for my wallet and my level of gamma-ray exposure was much appreciated. Dr Arne was the first dentist to explain exactly why my previous dentists had prescribed a night-guard. I feel much better informed and might actually use it now... It feels much more respectful, to me, when a medical professional instinctively explains the mechanics, the pros and cons, leaving the choice with you, instead of just instructing you to do it. He’s polite, approachable, genuinely interested in the overall well-being of his patients. Furthermore West Coast Dental is very comfortable (finally a dental chair with a neck pillow) accessible, modern, and extremely reasonably priced. At least for an American. o_O Best dental experience ever. I’m going back Saturday for more work. I’m not going to say I’m looking forward to it, but I’m a lot less not-looking-forward-to-it than any other dentist I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot.

Westcoast Dental is very professional. It's clean and the Drs and staff are nice and speak English. I've been a couple of times for routine cleanings and would recommend highly.

By far Westcoast Dental Cinnic is my favorite place to go for dental work. The experience was pleasant. Everyone was extremely friendly and care about their work. The cost is a little high compared to other clinic but it worth the money.
Came here on recommendation of a friend. Very satisfy with the result and the service. Totally on pair with European standard (cleanliness, equipment, staff). I will comeback on my yearly vacation.
