This clinic is very professional At a different clinic that I won't mention I had a lot of trouble with getting a crown done! I ended up getting a root canal unexpectably. Today, a new crown was placed and everything went very smooth. No pain, no root canal. Thanks Dr Dan!
The clinic is very nice, clean, and the staff are professional. My family and I really like the doctors here; they are all very careful and attentive. Regarding the price, of course, it shouldn't be compared to other clinics; their level is completely different, it's like comparing a motel to a 5-star hotel.
I now live in Hanoi and was lucky enough to find Western Dental. It is easy to get to, it is in front of Fraiser Suites in Tay Ho/Ho Tay. in the little shopping mall on the second floor. The local staff speak good English and are most helpful. The dental care I've gotten is top flight and I am very please with his service as well as level of skill. I am a bit picky when it comes to finding a trustworthy dental clinic. I have been to several places to find out, but when I came to Westcoast Hanoi, I was completely changed. Coming here, I received very good service, professional doctors and friendly staff. Thank you Westcoast Dental team for giving me a bright smile!
Me and my family have been visited Westcoast dental clinic many times and we are really happy with the services, all the staffs and dentis here are friendly, my two children are enjoyable and comfortable everytime they were here.

Wow what a disappointment. An orthodontist that only comes to Hanoi once a month for 2 days. How inconvenient is that?! Congratulations Westcoast International Dentist Clinic, on losing out on thousands of dollars from potential clients who will not be able to use your services. How ridiculous.

I had some major issues with my mouth and been considering getting a dental implant done. Having gone to several clinics for consults, I went back to west coast. the fee was still far less than what I was quoted in the US. the main reason I came back was because the dentist was very thorough and wasn't pushy. overall it took only 45 minutes. what I appreciate most was the staff are friendly and really takes care of you.
Had an incredible experience with Westcoast International (as far as a dental appointment can go). Dr. De Pasca is in the top of my list of dentists, and unfortunately, I have had the pleasure of meeting quite a number of them. They speak excellent English and I felt entirely confident of the treatment. Cannot recommend this place enough. Cheers!

y negative thing i would say is that during some of my treatment it was a bit noisy due to reformations being made on upper and lower floors. I guess West-coast cant do much about that, although they did apologize for the noise and assured me that it was only temporal. Thank you West coast for keeping my smile bright and beautiful!!!!
