I came here because I was feeling worried about some residing gum under one of my teeth. However, I quickly found out there were other problems as well. Dr. Arne treated the most urgent problems immediately with a lot of care, and gave me advice on how to take care of my teeth long term. Even gave me his number so I could reach out in case anything happens to my teeth. Thank you very much!

Yesterday I had treatment with a German doctor, young but highly specialized, explained clearly and specifically. I was aware of what I should or needed to do, not feeling like I had to do it because I was afraid of damage like other dental clinics. In terms of price, it was worth the money: good service, professional doctors and nurses, friendly staff. Overall satisfied, will come back.

I came here thinking I needed a rootcanal..boy what was I wrong. The tooth was so infected that it had to come out. When I gently touched it, it made me jump to the ceiling. Because of an abces in the tooth..it could not be anesthetized anymore.It was either flying to Saigon and go under...or it had to be pulled and wrenched for a few minutes to come out. You get what you pay for – not exactly a bargain, but excellent and thorough professional care, cleanliness, and professionalism on a European level. Especially in the beginning, Dr. Arne was available late at night for "first aid" (correct medication for acute pain and swelling) and saved my bacon... ... I visited the clinic and was seen by Dr Arne, he was so kind and fixed my teeth amazingly after I chipped several in an accident. He spent so much time ensuring they were just right, and had so much patience. The results are perfect and I can’t tell I ever chipped them. Absolutely fantastic dentist! He was so helpful and understanding. Explained everything in detail to make sure I knew what was happening, what the plan was and also to put my mind at ease as I am quite a nervous patient. I recently visited west coast dental and got 3 fillings and had a problem with one of them during my stay. West coast booked me into see Dr Arne who re done the filling. He spoke me through the whole process and explained everything. I couldn’t recommend him more. I felt very safe and informed during the whole process. I am a registered nurse myself and he had amazing bedside manner.

The best dental clinic in Hanoi. Recently I had dental crowns and bridge replacement in this clinic. The result is outstanding and far better than my old crowns and bridge.
