I had my teeth cleaned and wisdom teeth extracted here. The doctor was very attentive, gentle, and gave detailed instructions. My extraction was quick and painless, even though I'm very afraid of pain. They also have a play area for children. Overall, the service is a 10/10.

This dental clinic is great! I went there to get a cavity filled and the dentist was so caring.
I just had 2 wisdom teeth extracted here. I really hate going to the dentist but all the staff here were very friendly and their positive attitudes really helped. It was a difficult extraction and I am very grateful to the doctor and nurses who worked so hard for me. I was very impressed with the X-ray machine that makes a 3d image of your teeth so they can see it from every angle. I don't think…

the dentists I went to in the UK had one of those. I got a message the next day checking up on me and providing additional advice. I thought the prices were very reasonable. They showed me a printed price list before the procedure. Foreigners are often taken advantage of so I really appreciated knowing that I was paying the same price as everyone else. I have been dreading getting my wisdom teeth removed since I was old enough to know what wisdom teeth were. Thankfully, it wasn't as bad as I feared it would be. I felt like I was in very good hands the whole time.

About
What this clinic actually does.
VietCare Dental (Nha Khoa VietCare) is a dental clinic with two Hanoi locations providing comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on implantology, orthodontics, and cosmetic restorations. The main branch is located at 29 Van Cao Street in the Ngoc Ha ward of the Ba Dinh district, one of Hanoi's central and historically significant neighborhoods. A second branch serves patients in the eastern part of the city at 115/399 Ngoc Lam Street in the Long Bien district. Together these two locations provide coverage across Hanoi's western and eastern zones.
VietCare Dental operates daily from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, offering consistent seven-day-a-week access that accommodates working patients, school-age children requiring orthodontic appointments, and tourists or expatriates with variable daily schedules. Extended evening hours until 7:00 PM make after-work appointments practical for patients who cannot attend during standard business hours.

Dental implants are a primary service at VietCare Dental, with the clinic offering single-tooth and multi-tooth implant solutions for patients experiencing tooth loss. The implant workflow covers initial consultation and imaging assessment through surgical placement and final crown or prosthesis delivery. The clinic's implant team is experienced in both standard implant cases and those requiring preparatory bone management before placement can be performed.
Orthodontics is another core strength of VietCare Dental, with one of the clinic's distinctive offerings being the K Elite Orthodontics system, a proprietary and advanced bracket technology designed to deliver more precise tooth movement with reduced treatment discomfort compared to conventional fixed bracket systems. Alongside K Elite, the clinic offers standard metal braces and dedicated orthodontic programs for children, reflecting an awareness that early orthodontic intervention can simplify treatment outcomes by addressing developing dentition before adult teeth are fully established.
Porcelain crowns and ceramic restorations are the cosmetic and restorative dentistry mainstay of VietCare Dental. Crown treatments restore the full shape and function of damaged, heavily filled, or root-canal-treated teeth, while ceramic materials ensure a natural-looking result that blends with surrounding teeth. The clinic's approach to restorative work emphasizes both functional durability and aesthetic quality.
Wisdom tooth extraction is a commonly requested procedure at dental clinics across Vietnam, and VietCare Dental handles routine and surgical wisdom tooth removals for patients experiencing pain, crowding, or infection related to impacted third molars. The clinic's surgical experience ensures that extractions are managed safely and with appropriate post-operative care guidance.
General dental services including routine cleaning, scaling and polishing, cavity treatment, and preventive care form the foundation of the clinic's patient care approach. Regular preventive appointments help patients maintain their oral health and catch developing problems before they require more extensive treatment.
For international visitors to Hanoi, the VietCare Dental branch at 29 Van Cao in the Ba Dinh district is centrally located near the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex and major West Lake area hotels, making it a practical dental care option for patients staying in Hanoi's northwestern hotel belt. The clinic's modern technology focus, including the K Elite orthodontic system, and its comprehensive range of implant and cosmetic services make it a well-equipped destination for patients considering dental treatment during a stay in the Vietnamese capital.

Questions
What people ask this clinic.
What treatments does VietCare Dental specialise in?
VietCare Dental in Hanoi covers a broad range of treatments, including dental implants, porcelain crowns and bridges, orthodontics (traditional braces and K Elite self-ligating braces), teeth whitening, and general preventive care. The clinic operates two locations in Ba Dinh and Long Bien, so patients have flexibility on where to attend. Whether you need a single crown or a more involved implant procedure, the team can assess your case and outline the best path forward.
How much can I save on dental work compared to Australia or the UK?
Patients from Australia, the UK, and the US typically save 60 to 75 percent on dental treatment in Hanoi compared with prices at home. A single dental implant in Australia commonly runs AUD 4,500 to 6,000, whereas in Hanoi the same procedure is generally in the range of USD 700 to 1,200 depending on the implant brand chosen. Porcelain crowns that cost AUD 1,500 to 2,000 each in Australia are a fraction of that price in Vietnam. Even after flights and accommodation, most patients return home with significant savings.
Is VietCare Dental accredited or certified?
VietCare Dental holds the necessary licensing from Vietnam's Ministry of Health, which sets standards for facility hygiene, sterilisation protocols, and clinical qualifications. While the clinic is not yet listed under international bodies such as JCI, it follows rigorous internal quality standards and operates with certified dentists trained in modern implant and orthodontic techniques. Patients are encouraged to ask the clinic for specific documentation on request.
Can I communicate in English during my visit?
VietCare Dental has English-speaking staff available to assist international patients through consultations, treatment planning, and aftercare instructions. Most key communications, including X-ray explanations, treatment quotes, and post-procedure care guides, can be handled in English. If you have a complex case, it is worth noting your language preference when making an initial inquiry so the clinic can ensure the right team member is present for your appointment.
How many days do I need to plan for a dental trip to Hanoi?
The number of days depends entirely on what treatment you need. For simpler work such as teeth whitening, a cleaning, or a single crown, one to three days is usually enough. For dental implants, a minimum of five to seven days is recommended so the implant can be placed, the healing process checked, and a temporary restoration fitted. Full-mouth rehabilitation or multiple implants may require a second visit a few months later once osseointegration is complete. Hanoi is a very walkable city with plenty to see, making a dental trip easy to combine with sightseeing.
What implant brands does VietCare Dental use?
VietCare Dental works with a range of implant options to suit different budgets and clinical requirements. Patients are advised to confirm during their consultation which systems are available, as this can affect the total cost and long-term compatibility if follow-up care is needed back home. Asking for the brand name, country of manufacture, and any warranty terms is a smart step before committing to treatment. Korean and Swiss implant systems are commonly used across Hanoi clinics at this price point.
Can implants and veneers be completed in a single trip?
It depends on the number of implants and veneers involved. Veneers are typically completed in two to three appointments spanning four to seven days, covering preparation, temporaries, and final bonding. Implants involve a surgical stage followed by a healing period of several weeks before the crown is placed. If you want both, a common approach is to have the implant placed on the first trip and the veneers completed at the same time, then return for the implant crown once osseointegration is confirmed. VietCare Dental can help you sequence treatments to make the most of your visit.
What technology and equipment does the clinic use?
VietCare Dental uses digital X-ray systems that reduce radiation exposure compared with traditional film X-rays. The clinic is equipped to perform implant planning and placement with precision-guided tools. Orthodontic patients benefit from access to K Elite self-ligating braces, which are known for faster treatment times and greater comfort compared with standard metal brackets. Sterilisation follows infection-control protocols aligned with Ministry of Health guidelines, and consumables are sourced from certified suppliers.
What aftercare support is available once I return home?
VietCare Dental provides written aftercare instructions covering diet, oral hygiene, and warning signs to watch for after procedures. For implant patients, the clinic typically schedules a final check before you fly home. Remote follow-up via photos and messaging is available for routine questions after you leave. If a serious complication arises at home, the clinic can liaise with a local dentist and supply your treatment records to ensure continuity of care. Keeping your treatment documentation, including X-rays and implant brand details, is highly recommended.
How do I book a consultation or get a treatment quote?
The easiest first step is to submit an inquiry through VietCare Dental's SmileJet profile, where you can include photos of your teeth and a brief description of what you are looking for. The clinic will respond with an initial assessment and estimated cost range. To get a firm quote, a clinical X-ray and in-person or video consultation is usually needed. Booking well in advance is advisable, particularly if your travel dates are fixed, so the clinic can reserve enough appointment slots for your full course of treatment.
