I highly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs. I have driven down from Orange County a few times for Crown work and wisdom teeth removal. You get top notch care for half the price. Whether you have insurance or not, this place will be more affordable and worth the drive if you are not down the street. I will be coming here for future dental work. Shoutout Dr. Baker!

I was fortunate enough to be referred to this clinic several years. I have had an implant done (by a periodontist) as well as root canals and crown replacements at a fraction of the cost. The office is extremely clean, the staff are very professional and speak excellent English. I like the safety of the secure building their office is in as well as the driver that picks you up at a designated location and delivers you to and from their office. I highly recommend their services.

I normally don't write reviews but the dental service of Dr. Shirley Baker is so tremendous that it would be sinful to not. She cannot be praised too much! Through the years my wife and I have had extensive (and expensive) dental work done by the top dentists in south Florida and San Diego. Then we fortunately met her almost 9 years ago and have been privileged to be taken care of by her ever since, and we have saved well over $10,000. Whether people need fillings, crowns, dentures, implants, root canals, bridges, veneers, etc, her services are unparalled. Do yourself a favor and call her, you'll be glad you did! Had a great experience w/Dr. Shirley Baker and staff! Was a bit apprehensive, as this was my first time to Mexico, in addition to choosing a dentist in Tijuana. I had put off getting my teeth fixed for a long time, knowing it was going to cost me more than I could afford. But when Dr. Baker provided me with a detailed written estimate based on xrays from my dentist in Bellingham, Wa, it helped me decide to go to her clinic. Compared to three other estimates I got from other Tijuana clinics, her office provided the most detail and their communication with me was excellent. Their office coordinater, Craig, picked me up at San Diego Airport as expected, and drove me across the border without any problems. Dr. Baker and staff started my dental work immediately on my arrival, without any surprises. I felt very comfortable with everything right away and was reassured by Dr. Baker's and the staff's level of professional confidence and experience. A driver brought me to my hotel, the Tijuana Grand, on Agua Caliente about 10 minutes away from the office. The neighborhoods immediately around my hotel and the clinic were very walkable and safe with great restaurants and street food. I especially loved El Rodeo, which was near my hotel. It has been there since 1972, looks like a set from Bonanza, and surprised me with the best food of the whole trip! Transportation to and from every appointment was provided for me, mostly by the same driver named Ramon. He was very friendly and helpful! After my stay of 6 days in Tijuana, Craig took me back across the border in plenty of time to catch my flight home. I had two molar root canals with build-ups and temporary crowns, five restorative fillings, a cleaning and polishing, and two permanent crowns to replace the temporary ones, put in on my last day in TJ. I never experienced any pain, didn't even need to take a Tylenol, which seemed like a miracle in itself. All of that work cost me just over $3,000, which was about $9,000 less than the estimate from my dentist in Washington state. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Baker and everyone there. Traveling to Tijuana for my dental work and choosing this clinic ended up being one of the best decisions I've ever made! Everything was flawless and better then expected. Had to cross border on foot with my passport and she had a driver that I met that took me to the office. He also picked me up after prescription was dropped off to me. Got in and out with a wisdom teeth removal. Nervous, she eased my nerves with how easy she made it. Got there at 10 was out by 11. I 100% recommend Dr. Shirley and I don’t write reviews often!

Dr. Baker is amazing! She is very professional, detail oriented, patient, and sweet! Something about her presence makes you feel at peace and you automatically know you’re in good hands. Her team is attentive and make you feel well taken care of since the very beginning. I was recommended by two family members and I couldn’t be happier that I decided to get my dental work done with her. I flew in from NY for a short week and she scheduled everything perfectly so that everything was ready before I headed back home. The dental work she did was perfect and I cannot be any happier with my results! I will be back to visit her for future dental work and would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist in Tijuana!

I have needed extensive dental work completed for some time and had been apprehensive to travel outside the US, but due to the the multiple quotes I recieved from dentists and even a dental school were much more than I could afford even with financing. I searched multiple websites for Tijuana dentists who specialize in "makeovers " and was impressed immediately with Dr. Baker's website and the quick and constant communication with her staff (Veronica is amazing) to set up the appt., give precise directions to meet the driver and especially talking through all the options about my teeth. Even before or during a procedure I can ask her questions and she is very thorough and reassuring. I am happy with the work completed so far by Dr. Baker and I have more work to be done but I have gotten so many compliments on my new smile I have brought my husband and my sister as referrals. Go see Dr. Baker! You'll be so glad you did 😁

I had searched through `the patients beyond borders' handbook (which I would recommend, if you are choosing to travel out of the country for dental services.Often the costs are far less expensive. Dr. Baker`s cosmetic dentistry, was given a 5 star rating, and her services were very reasonable.She provides the highest quality of dental expertise along with a very supportive staff. I had a complete, both upper and lower Implant supportive denture procedure done and I I am very satisfied with the outcome! they even provided a taxi service to and from my hotel, which made my trip there all the more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Shirley Baker , especially for any cosmetic dentistry you may need.

Highly recommended! I have been going to this clinic for at least 5 years. I have had old work done by another dentist fixed here, I got other necessary work done. I also get regular cleanings here. Everything is always top notch, super clean, and pleasant! Good work for at least 1/2 of the cost in the US. Will keep coming here for as long as I can. Dr Baker is excellent!

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I had veneers, crowns & 2 fillings done by her. One of the filling fell off after only 1 month, the crowns & veneers start falling one by one after 2-3 weeks after she glue them PERMANENTLY. She gave me packs of temporary glue to keep with me,just in case either a crown or veneer would fall off. Really?!!!! I was in shock!!! What kind of doctor does this?!!!! She knows her work sucks, and the materials that she uses are very poor quality. And if something goes wrong, she blaims the patient. Every time a veneer or crown would fell off, she would tell me to go back and have it re-glued, and that would happen almost every 2 weeks. After 2 months of driving back and forth to Tijuana (I live in Los Angeles), I got physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted and decided not to go see her anymore and see a different doctor here in U.S, to basically repair all the damage she caused. I ended up with low quality materials and very poor work done. After this bad experience, I don’t think I would ever go back to Mexico to have any dental work done. I’m very very disappointed and sad. I’ve wasted more than $6000 and almost 3 months for nothing.
