I needed to do in the future. I had been quoted exorbitant prices in L.A. since I do not have health insurance and was worried that I needed to be a citizen to be seen. However, Dr. Jacobi took the time to describe everything he was doing with the help of his amazing assistant. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me! I was close to tears as he only charged me $200. God bless him, truly! Stay away from all the clinics in Tijuana that offer free rides from the border—they're just in it for the money.
