just before my appointment to say the doctor had an event and asked if I could come right away. I had already taken time off work for that period. In short, I wasted two days' worth of time off and felt extremely disappointed.
I'm very disappointed. I called to schedule a filling appointment and the staff said there was an appointment at 4:30 PM. I agreed and received a confirmation SMS. When I arrived on time, the staff said they couldn't fill the tooth today because there was metal and wire in the way, making it difficult for the dentist.
