First and foremost, wow. Everything was more than perfect in every possible parameter. A feeling of confidence, professionalism, and service that we have never experienced with any doctor. And the final result is simply perfect. And to top it all off, the prices are simply cheap compared to the quality and service.
All the good reviews people have written are true for me and my husband, too. that has a very high fail rate, and it is very expensive. It was a much better deal to get it done here. He was looked at by 2 different dentists here. They both decided the root of the issue was his chomping at night. They did not recommend the gum graph as he did not have bad symptoms. What a relief! They put together a mouth guard and did some composite work to help with the gaps. All of the dentists were amazing. The staff at the front desk is excellent. We will definitely come back and recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated with care, respect and professionalism. Also, there was no pushing any other extra treatments which was a huge relief.. oh! Also you can buy the best coffee here while you wait!
I went for Root Canal work today at Shtern Dental. I cannot say how professional and friendly everyone was. Dr. GILBERT Galvez is amazing. He told me my condition was 'tricky'. But only 'tricky' for him... my job was to just relax. I relaxed and 2 hours later it was finished. ZERO pain and ZERO discomfort. Plus he saved my crown. 5 stars would not be enough!

Great experience overall! I was seen quickly and didn’t have to wait long in the reception. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The hygienist who did my cleaning was efficient and thorough, and even gave me some helpful tips to keep my smile looking good until my next visit. Highly recommend!

What a sad experience. The receptionist in this clinic misspelled my name during WhatsApp chat, later when I came to the clinic she did it again, and I’m sure she did it on purpose. She put my name and surname with 4 mistakes. repaired the lower left part of my jaw. Dr. Gilbert meticulously cleaned my root canal under a microscope for over three hours. Dr. Dan skillfully placed implants in the thinned gum bone without touching any nerves. Dr. Maria completed their work by installing comfortable and beautiful crowns. And, of course, Dr. Shtern was an excellent conductor: he carefully monitored the entire process and provided psychological support. I arrived at the clinic, where I received the best treatment (pulpitis) from a world-class specialist. Most importantly, it only took 1.5 hours—this specialist uses a new technique, using a special microscope.* This was a lifesaver, as we were only in Cancun for a couple of days. Among other things, I received a consultation from the head of the clinic and maxillofacial surgeon, Mark Stern, regarding my 🦷🦷 8 teeth, which I had long planned to have removed. A 3D X-ray revealed that one of them required urgent extraction due to a built-up infection in the gum pocket. Immediately after the root canal procedure, the doctor suggested (while I was under anesthesia) removing two teeth to save vacation days—and that was very customer-focused of him! Yes, today was a difficult day for me, but thanks to his professionalism and individual approach to each client, you truly know you're in good hands. 🫶🏻 This clinic—and especially Dr. Mark—truly became my lifesaver during this trip! Just before leaving for vacation, I started having severe tooth pain. There was no time to treat it before my flight, so I contacted the hotel concierge and asked them to book me an appointment with a “trusted specialist” right after my arrival in Cancun. By the morning of the appointment, the pain had become so unbearable that I could barely open my mouth. After until surviving 10 a.m. on painkillers, I arrived at the clinic and received the best possible treatment (for pulpitis) from a world-class specialist.
