The dentist told me it was possible everytime, but Then dentist just won't listen, the whole reason i came here is to expand my teeth because my previous dentist extract my teeth and create a sunken face which i feel terrible. Every consultation seems like the dentist heard me, and every iteration which i have to pay 5jt for, she would always extract more of my tooth and push it even further back.…

It's so frustrating, because I text them (so there's proof) and repeatedly said I don' wan't to extract my teeth or push my mouth even further back, and the dentist "finally gets it" and keep doing it. The last iteration is not even correct because the bite won't even fit. It's not that hard to understand. if you cant do it, then say you cant, dont waste my time. say is from the start instead of prolonging this or making me pay.

Thank you for your feedback. As we explained during consultation, the tooth movement requested unfortunately not possible in a safe way. Forcing the teeth to move in that direction could effect the bite balance and may cause instability in the the long term. Our priority is always to provide treatment that is safe and healthy for the patient. The Rp 5.000.000 design fee was clearly informed at the beginning as non-refundable, as it covers the digital setup and professional treatment planning once the case is submitted. If the treatment is not continued to aligner production, it is considered a cancellation after planning. We remain open to discussing alternative treatment options that are clinically achievable and safe.
Had a dental filling done here and in less than two years it came out and the new dentist said there was still food pieces under the filling which caused it to fall out. It was not cleaned properly and very disappointing service

Please be assured that we do not leave food debris when placing a filling, as the tooth is always thoroughly cleaned. In some cases, within these past 2 years, if cleaning is compromised or new decay develops around a filling over time, the filling may loosen or crack, allowing food to become trapped underneath. I had a dental filling done here, and within a year a big part of it simply chipped off. This is poor-quality work, and there is no warranty provided for it.

With all due respect, during your visit we noted that the tooth had a chipped condition before the filling was placed. A filling can fail for several reasons beyond material quality and quality of work, such as an incorrect biting position, nighttime grinding (bruxism), or frequently biting hard foods. These factors can cause extra pressure in the restoration and lead to chipping. Exceptional service and quality. Had teeth cleaned and whitened and they removed a stain my dentist in Melbourne Australia said was not possible to remove! I will be back again the next time I need to visit a dentist

Wow, absolutely impressed! Never thought I’d find such an amazing dentist in Bali. The staff are super friendly, the place is spotless with all the modern tools, and the doctor is just incredible. Honestly, the whole experience felt world-class… dare I say even better than Dubai :)))
SG Dental provided an excellent, caring service. I had a root canal and five fillings. The dentist explained everything clearly and pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend.
A month has passed since my cleaning, and my teeth are covered in plaque, rough, and have a hint of tartar (I brush my teeth strictly twice a day, floss, and use a water flosser, and get professional cleanings every six months). I was recently on holiday in Bali. I visited SG Dental for some filling needed. The experience was amazing! I actual went back for a second time during my holiday. I would highly recommend SG Dental. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

In the Netherlands, I never dared to go to the dentist. It sounds silly, but they really messed up my teeth there... I had to go through that again, and I'll never go anywhere else. They work carefully and professionally. Good prices (completely incomparable to those jug divers in the Netherlands). As a bonus, there's a swimming pool if you want to freshen up after sweating in the chair.

Went here due to pain in tooth that needed extraction - did consultation and got cleaning with Dr Caroline (as the doctor who does extraction wasn’t available). didn’t stay long enough to do the extraction here but the service professionalism and cleanliness were very reassuring. They also sent me my prescription via WhatsApp later and were generally very accommodating!
Very impressed with the dental services here. Very clean place, dentists are professional and every staff are lovely and friendly. We’ve been coming to this place over a year for regular cleaning. I also did my clear-retainer here and very happy with the material. Highly recommended.

Really great dentist experience. Prices as shown. Went in with a sore tooth for a check up and clean and was assured the problem didnt require additional fillings or dental work which is very rare indeed. Great communication and will come again next time Im in Bali.
I had such an excellent experience here. The receptionists and dentists were so helpful and kind. I lost my retainers while travelling and SG Dental Solution were quick to help me. I got moulds taken and the retainers were made up quickly and fit perfectly. The communication was easy and I felt that I could text them at any time of day. Fantastic dental clinic! Very clean office and friendly, professional staff. The waiting room is very welcoming. I had a teeth cleaning for only about €50. I really liked the doctor, her touch was light, and I left with beautiful teeth! I'm super satisfied, I recommend it ☺️
