Came here to make retainers urgently, but had a rather unpleasant experience. I was looking for good dental care - the price of retainers here is similar to what I pay in Singapore. t visit was fine, but they broke retainers #1 (I don't know what that means), so I had to go down to take another mould. Was made to wait for 35mins even with an appointment. They double booked me. So I got assigned another dentist after asking, but boy, she was rough and dismissed me even when I told her she was hurting me. Went back another day to collect retainers #2. It was handed to me over the reception and looked incomplete, but I trusted them. Went home and realized I could not remove them. My nail and gums were bleeding from trying, so I had to seek help from a nearby dentist. I told them to just break it if they have to. They ended up having to use metal pliers to pry it off my jaw. I should not have been issued retainers over the counter... I messaged SG dental again to tell them what happened. They said they made the second pair like this because my jaw was small and they didn't want it to break again. I was in disbelief. Do they not have the necessary expertise in Orthodontics, or was their lab not able to handle it??! Making retainers is pretty straightforward, I've had many done over the years. They offered to make me a third pair for free so I accepted. I didn't want to drive 20mins each way again though, so they delivered it. The staff made sure I could put it on and remove it myself before leaving. I thanked her.

r responsiveness was greatly appreciated. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my treatment. The staff takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and their calm demeanor instills a sense of trust that is truly invaluable. I've visited various dental clinics in different places as I travel for my Invisalign treatment, and this one exceeded all my expectations. Without a doubt, if I ever need dental care in the future, I'll be returning to this clinic. They deserve not just five but six stars for their exceptional service.
Booked a same day appointment for a large filling that had come out. Very professional and kind, they have all the latest technology and equipment and coming from England it puts us to shame . Would 100% recommend this place

I did dental cleaning today, the place was clean and comfortable. I was scared to go to dentist due to bad experience that i have, but apparently the staff, doctor, and nurses here were very nice. The nurse I was with even let me hold her hand the whole time cause I was scared. The treatment itself was good for the price. Thank you for the service. Please keep up the good work🫶🏻🫶🏻

They are SOOOOOOO good, I'm from Australia and came for dental cleaning as well as cavity filling. They made the whole experience so comfortable and pain free.

I thought I needed my bonded retainer to be replaced (would have been 1.5 million), but they informed me I only needed extra cement on a single tooth, which was 1.3 million cheaper. The prices are very reasonable, and I would say they are a very trustworthy clinic, and I was very happy with the service I received :)
Clean and well-equipped dental clinic. However, the dentist that handled my case is subpar. Don't be fooled by a nice reception and clinic. Sadly, this happens often in Bali, both medical and dental, nice new, building, but low quality doctors. Dentists' capability, experience is way behind as compared to western standards.
I have been to this dentist a couple of times. No major work other than a clean and a filling. Have no qualms in recommending this surgery.
Highly recommend the teeth cleaning service by Dr Grace. She is as nice as her smile. Professional service!!

Amazing!!! Got me in quickly for a root canal and filling whilst on holiday from Aus. The care from the team was perfect and easy to understand. I will definetly be coming back for future work when needed, and at more then half the cost we pay for dental in australia, could not go wrong.

Most modern friendly and highly professional dentist. I got an appointment within 24 hrs to replace a crown that fell out after a too hard bite on a piece of bread at breakfast. Ruud van der Linden Bali ( Dutch national)

Got lucky with a same day appointment after someone else canceled! It was my first teeth cleaning in Bali and it was a great experience! I felt very well cared for as I had 3 sweet ladies huddled over me for a whopping 30minutes straight! They were so precise with their cleaning and they did an excellent job!
