I had an amazing experience here last week. The service is top notch and I would like to commend Dr Sanjeet and RC (not sure if the spellings are correct). But nevertheless, they provided an excellent service. Even provided some advice how to take care further for my teeth. Overall, definitely worth the money and would come visit again to do my dental care.

I got an icon treatment for my fluorosis with Dr Sanjit which subsequently and unexpectedly revealed leftover buttons that were not removed by a previous dentist following Invisalign. I was recommended to undergo general anesthesia and remove all three wisdom teeth, even though I only needed the lower one extracted for orthodontic reasons. When I declined and opted to proceed with just the lower tooth under local anesthesia, the tone shifted. I felt subtle pressure and was repeatedly told that general anesthesia would be “better.” It didn’t feel like informed consent—it felt like being pushed. To clarify, I wasn’t refusing treatment altogether—I just had a more urgent reason to get the bottom wisdom tooth removed first. It was directly blocking the progress of my aligners, and my Invisalign treatment had already been stuck longer than expected. Yes, I plan to get the upper ones removed too—just not right now. I just wanted to move forward with my treatment, not delay it further. During the procedure, the attending surgeon showed visible frustration, made comments about how “difficult” my case was, and seemed annoyed by my lip piercing—something that had never been raised as an issue beforehand. When I expressed discomfort, I wasn’t met with empathy, but with passive-aggressive remarks that made me feel like I was being difficult. It was hard not to feel like his irritation was triggered by the fact that I didn’t follow his recommendation—even if that wasn’t the case. What disappointed me most, however, was the clinic’s official response. Before receiving the written reply, I had already met with the director in person. During that meeting, he repeatedly emphasized the surgeon’s impressive skills and experience. I told him directly: I understood this was a difficult procedure, and I sincerely appreciated the doctor’s ability to complete it successfully. I’m recovering well, and I acknowledged that. But I also made it clear that what I experienced emotionally—the sense of pressure, the discomfort, the lack of empathy—was just as real. The director told me my feelings would not be invalidated. He promised that part of my experience would be taken seriously. That’s why the official written response was so disappointing. Instead of building on that honest, face-to-face conversation, the letter once again focused almost entirely on defending the technical aspects of the case. There was little to no real acknowledgment of the emotional impact of what I went through. It felt like being told, again, “Well, your tooth is out and you’re healing—so what more do you want?” Yes, the surgery was technically successful—but what’s the point of having such a high level of skill if the patient leaves feeling unheard and unseen? I’m writing this not out of resentment, but because I believe patients deserve both clinical expertise and human decency. Medical care is not only about outcomes—it’s about how people are treated along the way. And when a patient expresses concern, that experience deserves more than just a technical defense.

We did feel the what you experienced definitely needed to be addressed and we take on board what you have said especially about the reply. Our intent was obviously lost in the reply and we apologize that you are left feeling unheard and invalidated. It certainly appears we have much to improve upon especially in our communication and replies. I am very impressed with how Dr. Sanjit work, he explained everything properly and patiently answer all my questions and concerns (cause I’m always scared with Dentist in general). However, he and his assistance are very gentle in taking care my tooth problems. The clinic also very decent. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services. I had filling on two adjacent molar tooth which was done over many years. Somehow there were gaps between the filling and food used to get stuck. As a result, inflammation of gums were frequent. Been coming here for years since I did my orthodontics and carried on with my check ups and scaling since then. Very nice team of dentists, who are gentle with my gums since I have a low tolerance for pain. Ask for Dr Sanjit for your scaling, he's gentle and thorough.

Going there since 2007, when they had just two rooms. The place is clean and tidy. Dr. Gino used to be here but not she is in Jalan Gasing. She is my all time favourite. not hurt to check the rest of the teeth. Even if the dentist does not have the time to fix it that day itself, they could warn us about the issues, rather than letting us find it out in the worst possible way! Something to take a note of! Dr. Suraya is amazing, listens to you patiently and clears your doubts. She also explains the procedure clearly. Her nurse (Nisha, I think) is amazing too. Generally the nurses do not make a conversation but she does. It is very pleasant to see them both! Dr. Sanjit gives you all the possible options and information. He is extremely patient and charming. My pain tolerance level is so low and he does not shame you for having such low tolerance level. He shows his work, explains the process, upfront about the time needed and cost. So one could be prepared. It also gives some peace and confidence to go through the procedure. His work is so neat! The nurses are amazing. The receptionists are very helpful. There may be better places, but I would be still going there.
