I've been undergoing orthodontic treatment at Parkway for almost 3 years now. Dr. Ngan is very gentle, and the staff downstairs are also very pleasant and cheerful. I can't give it 5 stars. Taking my father to the dentist was quite a challenging journey because he's elderly, has underlying health conditions like high blood pressure, and is extremely afraid of pain. He had lost almost all his lower teeth and had to wear very loose removable dentures. Parkway was the third dental clinic I took him to for consultation, and it was the one I decided to go to. The implant specialist there was extremely thorough, requiring blood pressure measurements and blood tests before accepting the case. The All-on-4 method (implanting four implants to support the entire set of teeth) was performed very skillfully by the doctor. Throughout the surgery, the doctor continuously encouraged and monitored my father's vital signs. After the surgery, the dental clinic even called to check on his eating and sleeping habits every day. Now, my father has a stable set of fixed teeth, can eat and chew comfortably, and his overall health has improved significantly. Thank you for the dedication of the Parkway team.
