I messaged them on WhatsApp in advance and made an appointment the next day. I was greeted by a pleasant woman, Hoang Ny, who translated from Vietnamese to English. They treated four teeth and did a cleaning for 1,500,000 rubles, and the appointment was completed within an hour.

I found this clinic completely by chance—just by looking at maps. I chose it because of the numerous positive reviews, and also because they responded very quickly on WhatsApp and scheduled an appointment. I went in with no particular expectations or worries. But as soon as I sat down, the doctor spoke to me in my native language, Russian. This immediately put me at ease and helped me relax. It turned out the doctor was Vietnamese and had studied in Tver, so he spoke excellent Russian. This made me feel much more at ease. First, they gave me a full checkup and x-rays—completely free. After the diagnosis, the doctor explained the treatment plan in detail. I had a professional cleaning for 300,000 dong, two cavities were treated, and fillings were placed for 600,000 dong. Later, the doctor recommended crowns on two teeth. The clinic offers a variety of options based on cost, quality, and durability. I chose the affordable option, and my crowns cost me 2,500,000 VND each. I also had teeth whitening, which cost 1,600,000 VND. After the crowns were installed, I came back several times for additional grinding because I felt some discomfort while wearing them. I was scheduled on the same day, and the doctor always responded calmly and encouraged me to come back if I needed any further adjustments. This kind of attentiveness is invaluable.
