Side note: Tania: “$&&/@;$&” Dr Ricardo: “Sí, %^*~.” I don’t speak Spanish, but here is the translation of the conversation: Tania: “Oh my God, look at this patient’s teeth, they’re so dirty.” Dr Ricardo: “Yes, let’s offer him a cleaning.” And that’s how I got a free tooth cleaning at the end of my trip.
