Phuong has been wonderful and attentive everytime we walk in the door and her English is great. The staff are all very amazing and the dentist and the assistants did great dental work for my husband. The technology they use is state of the art and technology we would only see in our orthodontist practices I would say. Great service and we would totally recommend. I had a great experience with the team here, Phuong looked after myself and my mum, they were really quick, detailed, the clinic was clean and hygienic! Would 100% recommend to anyone!!! Absolutely love my smile as I had 3 crowns and teeth whitening!

After much anxiety choosing a dentist and the best treatment plan I made it even harder for myself by choosing a non English speaking clinic, very much on the recommendation of other New Zealanders. After a thorough examination with state of the art equipment the Metal Dental dentist was adamant that I keep as many of my natural teeth and did not recommend the plans offered by other dentists. That being to remove all my teeth and use All-on-4 arches. His confidence and assurance of a good outcome convinced me to go ahead with his recommendation. With much trepidation we embarked on a long 10 day process. While communication was at times difficult and consultation was not as open (language constraints) as we might expect in New Zealand or Australia the clinic was always positive and extremely friendly. An interesting open plan suite of dental chairs was unusual but soon became ‘normal’. Reception staff were amazing, helpful beyond expectations, clinic team an amazing set of dentists and nurses. While I have a second stage in 3 months I cannot speak highly enough of the outcomes to date. There are not enough superlatives to describe the clinic and the work they have done. Cost aside, which was significantly less expensive than other clinics in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and India, i could not recommend Metal Dental more highly. Trust in their processes, service, support and technical abilities. We are so convinced by the clinics abilities that my wife will be accompanying me on my final round to have some work done for herself. 5 stars seems an inadequate measure or the clinics abilities!
