The doctor was dedicated and provided excellent advice. The staff were polite, kind, and attentive.

The consultation was unclear, but I trusted them because they were recommended by an acquaintance. We agreed on ceramic braces. On the day the braces were fitted: it wasn't the consulting dentist who did it, but another dental assistant who chatted and laughed with the assistant throughout the entire session. Only after it was finished did I realize they had fitted the wrong braces; they used metal ones instead. Dr. Thai (the clinic owner) apologized and promised to personally monitor the treatment, so I let it slide. Throughout the orthodontic treatment, scheduling an appointment with Dr. Thai was extremely difficult. Even with a prior appointment, I always had to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour, just for a check-up that lasted less than 5 minutes. Not to mention, they used patient images and medical records as teaching materials; during some check-ups, unrelated trainees even came into the examination room to observe. After the braces were removed, I received no further support. The cement on my teeth remained intact despite multiple regular check-ups and cleanings. When my teeth started shifting and becoming misaligned again, I sought advice but couldn't find a specific method to maintain the effect or prevent/reduce the shifting; they even said it was due to diet and jaw structure, so anything else would make a difference. In general, I know no service is perfect, but with so many other options out there, I was unlucky enough to choose this place. Other services are basic, so I advise everyone to research and consider carefully before committing.

Anyone who wants braces should think carefully before doing it. I was introduced by a doctor colleague so I trusted him without thinking carefully before doing it. Because of trust, I received very bad results. I started doing it from April 2022 until now, interrupted due to giving birth, but looking back at my teeth in terms of aesthetics and chewing function, the teeth are still spaced, the gum triangle is open, the tooth cusps do not fit together and do not break, the tooth roots are exposed, the tooth body is crooked. The lower jaw said that the screw was not pulled, the last tooth 5 was said to not have enough space required to be pulled. After the extraction, the gap is still not pulled in and the other teeth are still spaced. Every time I go back to the dentist, I see another doctor and he says that this gap should be replaced with a tooth because it cannot be pulled in. After hearing that, I was confused and asked Dr. Thai, the main doctor, and he answered "can it be pulled in?" but over time, I saw that it did not go in completely and the other teeth started to crooked more, now it is really stressful to see. So anyone who wants braces should think carefully because it is a waste of money and time and the results may not be as expected.
