I already made a reservation, at 19:30 I came early and was told to wait a while because there was a patient but until 20:50 there was no clarity, they said it would be a while, I waited alone in the waiting room for 1 hour and 20 minutes without any certainty and no confirmation that it would be that long while the clinic closes at 21:00. they should have told me how many minutes it would take, not just saying wait a while from the start, they should have confirmed so I could immediately look for another clinic. I was told to wait and waste my time, in the end I went home without doing anything, the problem was that I already made a reservation, it was already that time, what other clinic could I look for, they were already closed at that time, my suggestion for the future, if there are patients, they should also tell me how long it will take, so patients who have already made a reservation can re-book via WA without having already come there so we can look for another clinic🤦

Finally, there's a dentist near my house. The doctor is very friendly, huhuhu, I'm so happy. The prices are affordable. When I came here with my baby, the lady at the front was also friendly, and to keep the baby calm, she played children's songs. Ah, I really love it.
