Terrible service. If I could give it zero stars, I would. We took our dog in and they told us he was improving and very stable, but the next day he died without any explanation or information. But they were quick to charge us; we even had to pay to take our pet's body out.
The place is so lovely and the warmth with which they welcome you and your pets is wonderful, especially the excellent and immediate service.
