All the staff were kind and friendly, and the doctor was very helpful. They're open on weekends too, which is very helpful. It almost felt like I was in a clinic in Japan.

I booked this visit through AIA and made the effort to travel all the way to Hibari Clinic – Penang Branch before closing time. The clinic’s stated closing time is 6:00 PM, and I arrived at 5:00 PM. nd disrespectful to patients’ time. If the doctor stops seeing patients before the official closing time, this should be clearly communicated in advance, especially for patients who book through AIA and plan their visit accordingly. Wasting a patient’s trip like this without prior notice is unacceptable. Please improve your scheduling and communication.

1st visit here today with a flu. Easy to get appointment. Staff very professional and helpful. Explained blood test result and prescribed medicine that was also provided by the clinic. All around great experience.

Excellent clinic with wonderful staff. My personal experience here has always been very positive. I noticed a few negative reviews from patients who seem to expect care entirely on their own terms, but it’s worth remembering that doctors and staff also deserve time to rest and recharge. The Dr refused to see me because I was there half and hour before they closed for lunch. I was in acute pain. There were no other patients. Very poor patient care.
