The staff are simply first rate. From the front-of-house reception team, to the nurses, to the first class dentistry doctors. I was under the supervision of Dr. Ian Foo. The man is a master of his craft. I arrived with a broken tooth that needed a complicated root canal treatment and only a few days to get it fixed. Dr.Foo and the team bent over backwards to ensure this happened - but never at the risk of my health. Having had the RTC treatment, incredibly I returned a few days later to have a “same day crown” treatment. A new crown measured and fitted in one day! Amazing. All I can say is thank you SmileBay. I’m afraid that it makes my dentistry care in the UK look positively second rate. I am now going to have to return to Penang for all my dentistry care!

Dr Liew is a very nice Dr. She care my feeling and concern my comfortable when tooth filling was carried on. I had very nice experience in this treatment. Comfortable,no pain and relax. Environment is very peaceful,beautiful,big space. The assistant there are very polite and helpful. I will come again for future treatment.
