This was an incredible experience, I got quoted for a bunch of dental work in Utah and it was over $10,000 but here at Samaritan Dental they said they could do it for $3,000! I saved a ton of money just driving down and then back to Utah the same day. It was super clean and professional, the dentists speak English, and the work was impressive, considering I had to get a filling and two root canals with crowns. I'll go here for every dental procedure in the future! 🙏

I have been going to Samaritan Dental for a few years. I first came down to have some crowns on my 6 front bottom teeth that had been ground down into the dentin and were sensitive. Dentist in the US said he would have to crown all teeth on the bottom for my bite to be adjusted. The doctor at Samaritan said he wasn't going to change my bite and just the 6 crowns could be done. My front upper teeth had old veneers and I decided to have them redone to match the color of the new crowns. I was very happy with both the cost and the results. Fast forward a few years I had a front upper tooth that died so an extraction and implant with crown would be necessary. The quote in the US was almost triple the cost at Samaritan so I returned. I actually had the veneers replaced with crowns to totally match the implant/crown all zirconium. I am extremely happy with all the dental work I have had done there. My local dentist complemented the work more than once when I have my 6 month cleanings and check ups. I feel my dental work looks very natural and couldn't be happier with everyone at Samaritan!

My Fiance and I have been going here for about 1.5 - 2 years. We live in San Diego. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Samaritan Dental. This place is state of the art. Super friendly staff. And prices are affordable. We go every 6 months for our teeth cleaning and I have had 4 veneers implanted that I am extremely happy with. And my fiance had 2 of his wisdom teeth extracted. All services were completed top notch. Thank you Samaritan Dental!

I found this dentist/Orthodontist office after extensive research online. They are very professional and the location is clean and is in a very safe area. They also have a driver to pickup patients at the border and that makes logistics so much more convenient. I would recommend this place to everyone looking to do any dental procedures. A++++++

This is a follow up review/response for the one I had previously posted +1 years ago for veneer work I had done. I am now looking into a lawyer for my case after learning that I have permanent gum damage, bone loss, and will have to undergo gum surgery to help repair my gums from the dentists at this office. After speaking with three specialists in the US, x-rays have shown that there is cement underneath my gums from improper cleaning after veneer placement, improper placement, too much of the tooth was shaved down which explains the sensitivity and pain, and they were placed so close to the gum line that it is permanently damaged. The response from your practice towards my comment is unacceptable. Yes I did sign a waiver, but it wasn't until the END of the appointment that I was asked to sign the release. I was completely numb and exhausted from the work and pain. I just wanted to leave and get out of the office. I was reassured that swelling and redness would go down and my gums would go back to normal, hence the signature release. Yes I did not return to my next appointment because, I was in so much pain and did not trust their expertise at all. The response also threatens to post my waivers online? Please do, since that goes against patient confidentiality. The blame is being falsely accused towards me grinding my teeth? These dentists are extremely unqualified. I'm honestly trying to save patients the pain and money of going to this practice. It's been the worst experience I've ever had with any dentist and now I have permanent damage. I wish I had just saved to go to someone qualified here. --------------------------- I'd like to start off first by saying that despite all of the research I did in advance, this place is the worst dental practice I have ever been to. I don't normally post reviews, but I just really want to save people from experiencing the pain and trauma that I've been through because of them. Everything started off great, I appreciated the pick up across the border. I came to Samaritan for porcelain veneers. I have had composite veneers for the past seven years, and I wanted to replace them with porcelain. I was in so much discomfort and pain throughout the procedure. Afterwards, they told me that I will be swollen for a few weeks. I couldn't eat solid food for three months, I was constantly taking pain medication, and not to mention my veneers are completely loose and wiggly. They are not bonded onto the tooth properly, and when I emailed them to tell them how unhappy I was and angry, I got a response saying that I shouldn't have signed off on the waiver.. I feel this is completely unfair because I was so drugged up and numb, that I just wanted to get out of the office. I didn't notice that they were loose because that is the job of the Dr. They haven't responded to my emails regarding the pain and loose veneers that I have been experiencing. It's been six months and I still experience pain, can't eat on the left side of my mouth, can only eat soft foods, and have constant headaches. I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else to go through this pain. Please do your research!

Clinic response ():

Response from the owner 6 years agoI am sorry that this patient has had difficulties and is dissatisfied. However, she did not want to follow the recommendations of the dentist. She wanted to place veneers, but because of her bite and that she grinds her teeth, she was told … More

Question I have really bad teeth some are missing due to abusive relationship I need a deep filling for my front teeth and implants for both side how can yall help

Clinic response ():

Response from the owner 4 years agoIn order to give you an accurate estimate, we need you to make an appointment, and come in for an evaluation. Once our dentists sees you, the cavities can be taken care of that same day. We would make up a dental plan, do a ct-scan and schedule a return trip for implant placement. It could be that there are other options for the missing teeth, like fixed bridges or removable partials. That is why the evaluation is needed, so we can give you all the options, and proceed with what works best for you.

Clinic response ():

Response from the owner 5 years agoHi Jorge, I'll gladly assist you with your request, unfortunately care credit doesn't work in Mexico; The complete dental implant procedure (Implant, Abutment and Zirconia Crown) is $1,700 USD. If you have any other questions you can email us at [email protected]

If your reading this post, your probably like I was several months ago, looking to get dental work done in Mexico and unsure where to go. Like so many people I know, I needed a substantial amount of dental work done and unable to afford it here in the states. While Medicare takes care of my health insurance, it does nothing for dental. I poured over websites and reviews and finally decided to give Samaritan Dental a call. They responded quickly and set me up with an appointment to evaluation of my dental needs. I drove to the border, parked on the state side and walked across the border where their driver picked me up and took me on the short drive to the dental office. There I meet Dr. Elizabeth and the staff who did a complete exam and x-rays. In a couple of days, I had a complete estimate which included six implants to support eight new teeth and replacement of three sets of existing bridges. The first part was to have the implants installed. This was done in a beautiful surgical facility that rivals anything I've ever seen. Prior to my next phase of the fitting and fabrication of the new teeth, the Covid-19 pandemic hit and everything got shut down. Once it was safe, I returned and we got it all finished up. The final results were incredible. I couldn't be happier. The saving was over 50% of what my prior dentist was going to charge. If you are looking for a good dentist in Mexico, I strongly suggest to contact Samaritan Dental and see if they can help you. Michael Granger Oceanside, CA
